Not as clean as I expected
Too busy, no complimentary breakfast unlike most Best Western hotel.

Our room is incredibly spacious, spotless, and comfortable.. The staff have also been very helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit.
The elevator floors were wet because guests were coming up from the swimming pool in wet clothes. It would be helpful if guests were encouraged to dry off or change into dry clothing before using the elevators to help keep the floors safe and clean.
Rooms were good size and quiet.
How busy the pool was. Booking a one hour slot to swim in the pool after 6 when we were finally spending time at the hotel was a little frustrating. We spent extra to find a hotel with a pool with slides. When you did go for your hour is was still a zoo with no room to swim/hot tub.
Our mini fridge didn't work in our room as well.

We travelled to Calgary for an extended weekend to take in some attractions.
I didn’t realize when I booked the room that the hotel offers discounted prices for certain attractions. We were able to get our tickets for Heritage Park, Calgary Zoo and Calaway Park right at the front desk which was great as we didn’t have to stand in line to purchase once at the attraction.
The room and water park were great, the paid buffet for a family of four was reasonably priced.
Happily surprised to say this was the best hotel of our trip to Calgary, Banff and Drumheller this summer.
The pool was excellent. We didn’t need to use the wrist band system since both times we went swimming in the morning and my little guy loved it.
We had a couple room issues but the staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was included in our rate and was fine, with a very big selection of what you’d expect breakfast food to be. We also ordered room service for my six year old and it was very good.
The hotel is perfect for families.
