The room was very neat an tidy. Also the bed an pillows were phenomenal so comfortable. Honestly never had a better sleep in a hotel bed than I did at my last stay here. Highly recommend this establishment.
I liked everything at the hotel no complaints.
Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help fix a few issues that we had.
There was a booking discrepancy between the hotel and booking.com which took a while to sort out but we were very happy with the solution.

La ubicación, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, me gustó que tiene 2 áreas de alberca y el desayuno buffet todo muy rico. Todo el personal muy atento y servicial.
Que el elevador estuviera fuera de servicio las 3 noches que pasamos ahí :(
Very clean and spacious room and facilities. Quiet location. Digital Hotel room service webpage provides many restaurants nearby to order delivery. You literally can just order food from restaurants and enjoy stay in hotel if it’s a rainy cold day. We enjoyed it a lot.
Breakfast is not included. Need to pay separately.

Excelente opción en Calgary para dormir cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son muy amplias (en una doble dormimos 2 adultos y dos niños perfectamente) y ademas tienen una piscina interior con jacuzzis y toboganes que está de lujo para los chavales. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos entrar antes a la habitacion (a las 12:30 estabamos dentro) ya que llegamos con las maletas temprano. Y ademas aportan un shuttle gratuito al aeropuerto que puedes reservar hora el dia anterior (el primero sale a las 4:00am).
Lo único malo era que si quieres ir al centro de Calgary está a 30min en coche, pero bueno, Uber y resuelto.
The water slides, cleanliness & great staff
Only 1 working elevator, caused very long wait times. Also the elevator that was "working" was malfunctioning and taking you to random floors.
The main hot tub was closed out the entire stay.

The sheets and towels have stains. There's no place to hang your wet clothes after swimming.

One of the two elevators was down for maintenance therefore making it extremely lengthy at peak hours to get up or down.
