My kids loved the pool and the waterslides! We are from Ontario so the location was great and we found it easy to get around
At times over the weekend because it was so busy, it was a little challenging to find parking and I didn’t love that we had to sign up for slots in the evening for the waterpark.
This is a very family friendly hotel and close to the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice.
I wish the restaurant was open for supper everyday.
I am very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We were a group of 16pax and we all had good words about the hotel. They were very nice to keep our luggages while we are away to explore Banff and Jasper. I wasnt expecting this, as we werent returning guests. It meant that they value guests experience.
Big rooms, very friendly staff.
The pool was absolutely FREEZING! The maintenance was working on the heater, but in the time we were there 2pm to the following day at 11am, it was absoutley FREEZING. Heater was broken. The only reason I choose this hotel for my kids was for the water park. They wouldn’t use it due to the water being freezing cold, staff confirmed on site the heater was broken. $237
For a freezing cold pool. If I knew that I would have booked elsewhere.
The Swimming pool
Tried to charge me for a broken hairdryer in the room. Deposit can be 5- 6 days to return to card. They do not tell you this when they take it.
Loved the pool access room, and the food options as well as the underground parking.
Did not like how cold the main pool was . I also did not like how there was no luggage cart access to the underground parking.. had to carry our bags by myself as a single parent.. didn't know until it was too late I parked already.. pool access rooms were not very soundproof so my kids had trouble falling asleep until after 10pm when the pool closed. Also would have been nice to have a meal included in the price!!

The pool! The food! The bar! All of it! Will stay again!
Housekeeping was a bit off. First night the housekeeper walked right in.. she said she didn’t know we were in there.. it was awkward. First hour being at the hotel we ordered room service- it was good. We set the tray and food out in the hall as per staff. It sat there almost the entire time we were there (2nights) so that was weird. They also made us get out of the pool with 7 minutes to spare! Boo
