Pros:

The room was fantastic and seemed recently refurbished. Clean, comfortable, sensory lighting and lovely bathroom and walk-in shower. The view of the quayside was delightful.

We had a slight problem with the room on arrival and it was dealt with quickly.
We enjoyed a drink at The Tavern and breakfast had perfect range and quality.

Cons:

The pillows were not the most comfortable but was the only thing that wasn't ideal.

Will definitely book again on my next trip to Sheffield
Pros:

The staff were amazing especially the restaurant .. my granddaughter had her 18 th and they accommodated our large party of children . Wonderful time spent and great location !

It was ok but I would not rush back.
Pros:

Cons:

Staff was incompetent, not rude, but not polite, just indifferent. Not making any effort to make me feel as valued guest.

One particular man at gym reception was very rude no manners and the changing room was vile bad odour great facilities just basic hygiene needed

Good bedroom- rubbish breakfast

Decent room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was a farce. One coffee machine for the entire compliment of guests. On a Sunday morning. This kept running out of water and breaking down so took an age to get served. There was a jug labelled “coffee” too, but that only contained water. Breakfast ingredients were cheap and nasty especially the sausages. And yoghurts were like Aldi rejects. Black pudding was like rubber.

Loved the accommodation and location
Pros:

Great location, lovely Canal view, generous size twin room with double beds, very comfortable! Good size bathroom with walk in shower. Well equipped room.
