It advertised as air conditioned but then only if you upgraded to certain rooms which was not advertised so room was boiling
Facilities were overall nice, nice pool, continental and english breakfast served, staff at front desk and restaurant were very helpful and friendly.
Could do with Air-conditioning for hot weather. Table Fan was provided.

Some reception staff were friendly and helpful while others were not.
Our room wasn't ready at 3pm and we were told to wait in the bar. Nobody notified us when the room was ready. We had to go and ask. We were exhausting after travelling a long distance with young children. This was unacceptable!
There was no bottled water in the room and the coffee machine was faulty. The surfaces of the furniture in the room were really dusty!! It hadn't been polished or wiped for weeks.
Breakfast was chaotic and under staffed.
We weren't shown to a table and there were no free tables, (some just needed clearing and cleaning). We were then told to sit in the bar area which had not been swept up and it was very grotty. One couple got up and left because the standard was so bad!
There was only one coffee machine which kept malfunctioning, requiring attention from the staff. It would be better and faster to supply a pot of filtered coffee rather than rely on one machine.
This experience has put us off visiting this hotel in the future. Despite the good location and spa facilities.

There were renovation work going on around reception which made navigating the area difficult. Spa reception was unmanned so getting towels was difficult. Bar staff chatting with colleagues and ignoring customers. Felt it was very overpriced.

I think breakfast staff may have been absent or sick as every breakfast felt like not enough staff to deal with all guests.
As a blind traveller, often travelling independently I was impressed with the orientation briefing I was given at the reception desk, followed by a detailed explkaination inthe room of where the critical items I needed to know about where (light swirches, charging points, bathroom/shower orientation, etc) + emergency procedures. This exceeded my expectations and puts many other hotels to shame. A big thank you to V the Customer Affairs Manager and his staff.

The juice was cheap cordial not fresh.
I loved it there if I ever come back i will stay there again the only thing that wasn't good was the breakfast it wasnt value for money in my opinion but otherwise everything else was great
