Pros:

Staff there were very friendly to help. Plus , the location is easily accessible to everything and there is a big swimming pool at the hotel which is so amazing. We had a nice stay. It is worth its value. Thanks.

Third visit, first time dissapointed.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Nice rooms with a huge double bed. Nice view over the canal basin.

Cons:

Arrived early too early for the 3 pm check in so enjoyed a nice lunch in the bar area. At around 1:45 pm I enquired at reception if there was any possibility my room was available. I was told yes it is, but was then informed there would be an additional charge of £15 per hour "early check in" fee. I have never encountered this at any other hotel. Is this normal?

Avoid! Extremely disappointing and poor value for money.

Cons:

I expected a clean, comfortable room and a basic level of service. Unfortunately, the room was not presented in a clean or usable condition, and basic amenities were missing. When I raised these issues, they were handled poorly, with no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. I exhausted the hotel’s complaints procedure, but despite explaining the issues clearly, they simply did not offer a reasonable resolution. I was also told that a manager would contact me following my stay, but didnt. I had to raise it again myself. Overall, the experience was completely unacceptable and represented extremely poor value for money. The condition of the room, the lack of resolution and the way my complaint was handled all fell well below the standard I would expect from a hotel. I would not stay here again.

Overall great - price, staff, facilities. Add in air con and this would be hard to top

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was great

Cons:

No air con - wasn’t a huge issue on night we stayed but still warm considering it wasn’t that hot outside. Would unlikely be comfortable in warmer weather

Make sure you keep your belongings locked in a suitcase
Pros:

The pool was amazing the kids loved it.

Cons:

The housekeeping took 2 items out of my hotel room. I take an long shot glass to mix my mums medication and housekeeping took it even though they don't use anything like it at the hotel.
