It was nice, location only 8 mins drive to city centre .
Pros:

Facilities were overall nice, nice pool, continental and english breakfast served, staff at front desk and restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Could do with Air-conditioning for hot weather. Table Fan was provided.

Nice hotel rooms and facilities but overpriced for the poor standars and service.
Pros:

Spa facilities and gym are good.
Rooms are lovely, albeit a little small.
Good selection at breakfast (although a choice of the style of eggs would be preferable).

Cons:

Some reception staff were friendly and helpful while others were not.

Our room wasn't ready at 3pm and we were told to wait in the bar. Nobody notified us when the room was ready. We had to go and ask. We were exhausting after travelling a long distance with young children. This was unacceptable!

There was no bottled water in the room and the coffee machine was faulty. The surfaces of the furniture in the room were really dusty!! It hadn't been polished or wiped for weeks.

Breakfast was chaotic and under staffed.
We weren't shown to a table and there were no free tables, (some just needed clearing and cleaning). We were then told to sit in the bar area which had not been swept up and it was very grotty. One couple got up and left because the standard was so bad!

There was only one coffee machine which kept malfunctioning, requiring attention from the staff. It would be better and faster to supply a pot of filtered coffee rather than rely on one machine.

This experience has put us off visiting this hotel in the future. Despite the good location and spa facilities.

Great location and efficient reception. Will be better when renovations are completed.
Pros:

Location and restaurant availability. Friendly and efficient staff on reception. Spa was nice. Room was spacious.

Cons:

There were renovation work going on around reception which made navigating the area difficult. Spa reception was unmanned so getting towels was difficult. Bar staff chatting with colleagues and ignoring customers. Felt it was very overpriced.

Good hotel with great reception and very nice Gym and swimming pool.
Pros:

Reception staff were excellent - every request meet and very helpful professional service

Cons:

I think breakfast staff may have been absent or sick as every breakfast felt like not enough staff to deal with all guests.

A refreshing approach to welcoming a disabled visitors
Pros:

As a blind traveller, often travelling independently I was impressed with the orientation briefing I was given at the reception desk, followed by a detailed explkaination inthe room of where the critical items I needed to know about where (light swirches, charging points, bathroom/shower orientation, etc) + emergency procedures. This exceeded my expectations and puts many other hotels to shame. A big thank you to V the Customer Affairs Manager and his staff.
