Upgraded room was perfect, modern facilities, comfortable bed
I had a lunch and dinner and both were nice. The buffett breakfast was good but would have like a bit more variety in the cooked food; perhaps even some variety each day. The room was good and the bed was comfortable.
No lift to the room seemed like a bit of a miss but at the same time I don't mind walking some stairs for the exercise. The TV in the room didn't appear to be a smart tv - wasn't able to connect to Netflix or Prime despite there being buttons on the remote. Could have been operator error.

Food was great! Coffee was great! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful
There was nothing i didn't like!
My thanks to the staff at the Mecure for stepping up and helping us out of a predicament when the person due to pay got urgently called away, actually 150km away at check in time and would not be back until really late. Staff could not have more helpful making it work for the one left behind. We will be back.

Beds were nice, room was clean and comfortable
Room service was terrible, couldn't eat much.
The cleaning system for rooms didn't make sense - popped a notice on the door saying no cleaning needed = $10 off food, but then had no way to claim it on room service. Also meant we couldn't have replacement coffee pods? Didn't seem to make sense.
Breakfast most mornings was cold.

We were down reasonably early for breakfast, there wasn't a great selection and everything was cold to room temperature.
