Great location, very friendly staff and great facilities
Room and bed was comfortable and quiet. The Seating in the dining area and the option to sit indoors / outdoors was lovely.
Food was limited in choice for gluten-free and lactose-intolerant diet. More variety in fresh produce would have been appreciated. Lining up for entry into the dining area was clunky; having to wait and give room numbers and created obstacles for guests. This could be done better and more efficiently.
Grounds were nice. Included breakfast was OK.
Room was terrible. Room was old and hadnt been renovated (estimate 20-30 years old). Room smelt like it had been smoked in previously.

Comfortable large room, everthing was very clean and tidy. Nice pool area and gardens. Easy check in and check out.
Distance from the Coast. You definatley need a car to stay here - it's not walking distance to Surfers, restaurants or cafes etc...still a lovely garden setting away from the rat race!
The room was as expected, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The setting is beautiful with views of the golf course and surrounding grounds. Free undercover parking is available.
The room, especially the bathroom was quite dated, it was clean but needs renovation. There are no lifts and I wasn't expecting to have to walk up two flights of stairs to reach my room.

The rooms were filthy and outdated! One of the beds in our room either did not have it sheets changed, or had dirty sheets put on it as they were significantly soiled, forcing my daughter to have to remove them completely in order to be able to sleep on the bed.
Shower is not fit for purpose. You can only be turned onto a trickle to avoid turning the entire bathroom into a swimming pool.
Plumbing fittings are extremely outdated given an isolated switch has to be pulled and held in order to be able to initiate the water flow through the shower head.
There is no security or staff monitoring guest behaviour. We had a bus load of tourists come in late one afternoon that spent all night running up and down corridors out the front ofrooms, yelling and screaming and slamming doors.
