Lovely surroundings and friendly staff but quality of room and facilities did not match the price

- Lovely surroundings at the resort and decor in the lobby
- Convenient to an event we were attending

Cons:

- Room was reasonable but not what we expected for the price, bathroom smelt damp/mouldy
- Room was a long way from the lobby and there was no lift between car park/ground level and room

We had a wonderful stay, staff friendly and polite! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Pros:

The bed was unbelievably huge and comfortable.
Air con was great, breakfast was wonderful with a huge selection.
Would definitely recommend 👌

Cons:

General bins outside of unit/blocks, should be emptied am and pm, reducing smells and pests

Pleasant stay for a weekend getaway, would be even better once renovations are complete

The Hotel is nicely tucked away beside a golf course. The room was large, functional and clean. Check in was straight forward. The pool was nice

Cons:

Rooms are dated. Old cupboards, old tiles, old looking bathroom. Fluff on the stained lampshade. The foyer was under construction with a cherry picker parked in the entrance. The spa was quite cold, the sauna was unavailable due to the renovations

Was Ok but wont stay there again as better options for money on coast . Suits a golfer who plays
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome as lot to choose from . Service was great , Bed was big and huge . Sheets were nice and t.v set up to watch in good spot . Curtains block out the morning sun . Pool was nice .

Cons:

Carpet in our room smelt mouldy or wet on entry . The carpark was undercover but had to walk a distance to foyer and to unit . A covered walk way would help as was raining the times we had to walk . The A.C was all over the place in temperature . The shower head needs to be more adjustable with the side glass in shower to be extended out a bit further as water hits the shoulders and floor gets really wet and bath mat making it slippery . Drainage grates in path way need to be heal guards as wheels from trolleys dont like open grate . Accepted the walk up stairs but get spolit with a lift and luggage to carry up .

Have never experienced this level of dissatisfaction before with in the Accor grouping

I have stayed many time before and it suited my travel and meeting appointments.

Cons:

The aircon in our room did not work during the night. I contacted hotel reception and they said they could come and change the room but my children and wife were asleep and went to sleep think that as we had enter the room and that air was off the room would cool down while we got into bed for sleep but it did not.

The cards did not work properly on our door and we could not exit the pool when we went for a swim and the only way out was through a door that lead up the stairs and through the buffet breakfast and on to reception to where we got the keys re-scand. Tracing my whole family wet and in their swimming gear through the Restaurant is not something that I feel comfortable with or at all appropriate.

I feel that these issues should see this Hotel stay very either fully reimbursed or partly reimbursed.
