Pros:

Room was comfortable but the access was a little difficult due to my mum having problems climbing the 4 flights of stairs due to a bad hip

Each of the staff members were absolutley wonderful. From reception to the catering. The catering of the breakfast feast, wow! What a spread each morning, both of us went for 2nd's.
We had lunch at the resort a few times, they provided me with Cranberry Juice when I had my meal. One day they didn't have enough and they gave me another options, so I asked for some lemonade in it. The next day, they made sure they had some cranberry juice for me, Thank you to the lady who worked at the "the cart" bar that day for serving us. Everyone did an amazing job looking after us, there's too many to name. Thank you to Tahlia, working at the night time shift, she was amazing helping us with out concerns and situation. She made sure we were even having a good time and we were ok, before we went for dinner. What a team! Each person all working together, to make your stay enjoyable and safe.

Cons:

We didn't like on a Monday morning we just got back to our room from breakfast, and we had house keeping knocking at our door at 10 am, saying to me "I've checked today and been informed you were checking out today.......". This really upset myself & my husband. We were getting ready to go to Wet n Wild, and the house keeper distrated us, in what we were doing, when we left and got to out destination we forgot my husbands swim wear!!! He had to pay for a brand new swim wear, all because the house keeper knocked on our door while we getting ready to go out for the day.

I was a bit scared walking from parking to my building .. as I had to go out rather late and come back rather late .. I was a bit scared..
Kokoda challenge was the reason I was there and so the reason I went out late etc to see team finish .. other than that is was all nice

Pros:

Handy location for where we needed to be. Great shower water pressure. Comfortable bed. Food good. Live music was great. Staff were lovely. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Items from past guests left in room so had not been cleaned thoroughly.

A woman on the staff at brekky was grumpy and not very accommodating. I understand you can get busy but maybe train staff to start day off smiling and cheerful for customers.

Good for one night stay
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet location. Affordable for one night.

Cons:

Very strong smell of carpet deodoriser or something similar that was overpowering the room. We opened the balcony doors but it didn't make much difference.
