Wouldn’t stay here again - expensive and not worth it
Pros:

The pool was nice, but not very clean. It was quiet

Cons:

The staff were dismissive and not very attentive. The pool area was dirty (bandaids in the pool and on the concrete around). We ordered room service and pool service- extremely slow and expensive

The only good thing about this resort is location

Cons:

Couple of things:

1. Rooms are not cozy
2. Breakfast options were almost the same everyday except a few items changed.over 5 days.
3. No room service
4. I have asked if I can yogourt for the kids they said we do not provide.
5 room cleaning is awful.
6 get don't feel welcome vibe inside the resort

Enjoyable stay and would definitely visit again!
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable, we slept so well!! They focused on relaxation in the room which was excellent ie diffuser, bath salts, shower steamer which made it very relaxing. Was close to where we needed to go on the Gold Coast and was very quiet and clean! Glad to have the option of underground parking! Foyer and main areas were stunning!

Cons:

I struggled to get Netflix and other streaming services to work on the tv - i think the chromecast or tv was no longer compatible with Netflix in particular which was a bit disappointing at night but wasn’t too much of an issue for our short stay. Underground parking was a fair walk to our room so we ended up using street parking which was closer but glad they had parking just in case. Would have loved a shuttle bus option into the main areas of the Gold Coast to really enjoy the location but totally understandable!

Very comfortable and clean and staff were very helpful
Pros:

Peaceful and excellent facilities. However I was only there for a quick overnight stay.

Cons:

As a person with a disability the two disabled parks close to the accommodation were taken so I had to park in the parking lot which was difficult to navigate with a wheelie walker and luggage.

Pros:

The pool was great, deep but not too deep. For children. Order food by the pool.

Cons:

We all got sharp cuts from the main swimming pool
Like razor-sharp cuts . It's kind of like a cheese grader. Was not nice.
TV was older, and the volume worked then didn't was weird. Could connect to anything was having problems. So only had tv 📺 channels . Would be nice to have modern items.
