Breakfast was good

Cons:

- the fact that you decided to do maintenance on the main pool in the middle of the hot weather and didn’t think it would be a better time during winter
- the room service was so inconsistent with restocking and cleaning
- the chocolate was so weird brand not even proper chocolate
- you don’t provide room service you also don’t change sheets regularly for what we are paying for we expected a better experience
- because you decided to close the main pool for “maintenance” which in fact looks like just a coat of paint which could’ve waited for the winter time. The other pool side didn’t have drink service.
- we had to pay for an upgrade of the room considering you had maintenance on the star of the resort we should’ve been compensated

Pros:

Beautiful location. Very relaxing. Breakfast at the Cart was amazing.

Cons:

Very disappointed that pool wasn’t open & no sign to indicate this.
