The staff was amazing, the property is stunning, rooms are beautifully designed and the food is absolutely out of this world. I think this is the best hotel ive stayed in.
Nothing to dislike.
Location, the staff, comfort
Property undergoing some renovation which wasn’t specified in Booking.com
Pool was not heated and too cold to use
The Staff from the GM to the other staff was exceptional and provided great service.
The price charged was for full facilities where as 30% of the hotel is still being constructed. Felt cheated on the price.
Excellent stay. We luckily saw tigers which topped it off. The staff are wonderful. Especially Praveen and Brijendra at the dining facilities and the food preparedby Chef Mohit and his team was excellent and some of the best we have tasted
Nothing
Cleanliness, room as spacious and very comfortable. Service from staff was very good and the food was exceptional.
Evening entertainment could be varied.
The hotel is truly wonderful, with very spacious rooms and beautiful décor that create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful, and always willing to accommodate any requests. My stay was incredibly enjoyable, and I was able to relax and recharge in comfort.
The only negative experience came at check-out. When I asked for assistance with my luggage, the staff member who arrived immediately began checking the room in detail, focusing on the minibar if I consumed something and later even inspecting the bathroom. While I understand the importance of ensuring everything is in order, the way it was done made me feel rather uncomfortable, almost as if I were being suspected of causing damage or misusing the room. It was a pity at the end of such a lovely stay.
Staff were brilliant
We weren’t able to get on a safari, it had to be booked 6 months in advance
It has to be the staff all the way! Every touchpoint during our stay was met with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The experience felt nothing short of royalty.
A special mention to Khushal at the front office, Kunj from F&B, and Krishna at the restaurants — it was a pleasure interacting with them and being so well taken care of.
The property is expanding but retains an old-world charm. We stayed in the Deluxe Allure Suite, which was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a family — with ample space for luggage and a generously sized washroom area.
And lastly, the food — we thoroughly enjoyed it! A wide variety of options were offered, and the meal timings were thoughtfully planned to align with guests returning from sightseeing, ensuring there was always something to look forward to.
Nothing that we found needs highlighting 😊
Loved the staff - how they made sure we were comfortable at all time

Loved the history behind
Love the jacuzzi
Wonderful rooms with attention to detail
They really made us feel so special - decorated the room for our child’s birthday and arranged a cake and a candlelit dinner
Loved the croquet
The activities for kids
Proximity to safari
The billiards room
The only thing is lots of mosquitos, lizards and centipedes- and although we do understand the struggle it being monsoon time and in the wilderness - but they were a lot especially in poolside changing room / but will definitely visit again - sharing this just so that this 0.1% thing is also taken care of
This is a beautiful historical property set amidst peaceful gardens. A true oasis in Ranthambore. We were upgraded to a gorgeous and spacious room which was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some male staff at dinnertime were perhaps a little too helpful, wanting to engage in conversation instead of allowing us to eat in peace. Food was delicious and breakfast sufficient. Free parking is available if you’re driving.
Everything was nice and hospitality was excellent.staff was very helpful and nice.
