Great room, great location.
Ambassador Hotel’s location near Khan Market is fantastic, but what truly stood out was the staff. From security to housekeeping to reception to the pantry team, everyone made us feel like family from the moment we arrived.
One rainy evening, Pooja Gupta from security made sure we had umbrellas, and when the downpour got heavier, her team quickly arranged a cab so we wouldn’t be stranded. The Yellow Brick team was equally wonderful — Sandeep, Uma, Priya and Kushi were spectacular, always attentive and genuinely warm.
It’s rare to find a hotel where every department shares the same spirit of hospitality. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Prompt service by the staff
A beautiful rainy morning at The Ambassador, Khan Market, with an amazing breakfast and the best masala tea. The warm, heartfelt service by Uma Shankar made it even more special he graciously refilled our chai several times. Wonderful hospitality and a truly comforting experience.
The hotel itself is not maintained at all. The alleys are smelly, they didn’t even checked that there is no shower gel or shampoo in the room.
but on the contrary the breakfast is absolutely top notch. extremely good taste and the staff Uma, Prakash and priti are doing excellent service.
Loved the experience. Taj is always consistent with its product. Uma Shanker ji at Yellow Brick Road was super nice and made me taste the best paratha I've had in a while.
+ The hotel is located at a great location with all needed amenities around itself. Accessible by public transport if needed.
+ The atmosphere was nice and satisfies all what you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. Beautiful lobbies, nice paintings and flowers, chandeliers, the soothing aromas in the air and an exquisite appeal made it an unforgettable experience for us.
+Room size was great, even to accommodate an extra bed and still have space for our luggages from international flight. The room has a classic charm and still provides all amenities and comfort we needed with our kids.
- Amenities: while we got all the needed basic amenities, it would have been nice to have somethings for kids, like play areas/ activities, swimming pool etc. If not, some kids engagement activities can bridge this gap; few days before we stayed at an another similar hotel in same location and my kids got pottery experience, learned to play santoor and also watched a puppet show.
+ Our stay at the Ambassador hotel was planned for 2 days. The whole experience was very smooth with great support from the professional and proficient staff.
+ A big thank you for the YBR TEAM (Apoorva, Uma, Priti, Chisni, Prakash and chefs Pramod and Deepak for satisfying our taste buds with the delicious food and equally great service; us and the kids were well taken care of by the team. Thank you for the warm hospitality, a very comfortable stay, and such a thoughtful gesture of *Bon Voyage* on the check out day. We will carry these beautiful memories with us and will definitely come back to visit you again same day!
+ Very high standards for cleanliness and hygiene were evident in every corner of the facility.
Following things can be improved:
- throughout the stay, every time we accessed the room, we could hear some sort of noise originating from a malfunctioning equipment (some ball bearing was not fine). Although this was not audible inside the room, it was a bit annoying every time I heard it
- the graded area in front of the facility odds covered using artificial grass made of plastic. This does not look nice and also adds to the August heat
Overall, the great team, great rooms and great location make it a good value for the spent money.

The room was just Wawww, so spacious and comfortable
The staff is so friendly, you really feel you are staying with a family who cares to host you.
You get the family hospitality also at breakfast, the staff make sure you get what you wanted
A staff member, Pooja, made for me an Indian Masala tea, old fashioned with best spices, it was easily the best I had in India during my one month travel
Good hotel, very nice. Staff are wonderful pleasant. We booked a taxi and showed us around Dehli. The taxi was new with AC.
Food was good, rooms was ok !!
But generally a good hotel.

Had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality extended by the entire team. A special mention to Uma, Apoorva, Khushi, Dev (Chef) and Kishan, whose cheerful attitude and exceptional service made our stay especially memorable. Their genuine care and positive energy added a personal touch that made the experience truly enjoyable.
We had a great time at the Ambassador. The breakfast at yellow brick road restaurant was absolutely amazing every day of the stay. The food was delicious and sumptuous. The restaurant team (Apoorva, Uma, Priti, Khushi) were very courteous and looked after us very well.
