Such a friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet place
Spent two and a half nights at this hotel (with a 3am flight on the last night) and it's great. Our deluxe queen room was large, clean and comfortable. The restaurants and bar very good, including a wonderful breakfast service. Small but nice gym. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Pretty much what you need and without excess.
The best part is the location. It's a two minute walk to the Khan Market and the metro, and in walking distance of many monuments, museums, and restaurants (if you dare to walk in New Delhi, which we did). Taxis and rickshaws right outside if you don't dare walk. We could get everywhere we wanted to go quickly and easily, which is not usually the case in this huge city!
We would stay again and highly recommend the Ambassador.
The location, next door to Khan Market.
The staff are very attentive and welcoming,
The breakfast is delicious
The bedroom had plumbing problems and the room had an awful damp smell.
On arrival the room wasn’t presented as other rooms were with a bedspread.
My room key never worked so I always had to go downstairs for another key.
The view from my balcony was looking into the ugly internal court which was full of rubbish. Very ugly.
Warm, kind and smiling face staff (Prakash Ji, Apoorva, Smaranika, Chiisiini)
Visit here for their amazing buffet on weekends & dine in any day for yummy food. We had veg and non veg platter along with makhani daal. Yum Yum
- Very well located (2 min walk from Khan Market)
- Wonderful and helpful staff, from reception&bar to general services (I went to a wedding and needed help getting my saree ironed and draped). A few names to highlight: Zaffar, Lakshmi, Guddi, Sachin
- Rooms are very comfortable
NA
Good location in a pleasant part of Delhi. Good restaurant and coffee shop.
It was worn and old. It felt like staying in an old Holiday Inn in the UK, but more expensive. Our room had been renovated, but key details like the bath room door, entrance door and ceiling hadn’t been touched. This gave the room a very worn appearance despite the renovation.

Great service and ambience. Central location. Uma Shankar served us some yummy breakfast.
I love the service of the "Ambassador". Very skilled, helpful, friendly. Makes every breakfast a joyful feast. Khushi and Smarnika deserve extra-mentioning because of their friendly competence.
Amazing location. Finding peace in New Delhi in this classical hotel. Breakfast in YBR makes me feel like a true guest. Thanks to Smaranika, Khushi, Phakash, Deepa, Priti. Five star service.
I had the opportunity to visit YBR restaurant and was mesmerized with the interior and the decor, the cleanliness, the crockery and cutlery were all top notch in the first place. The food we ordered was extremely satisfying and healed my taste buds whether its was continental or indian.
Special mention to the YBR chicken and the Bulls eye, everybody should definetly try these when visiting YBR (highly recommended).
Adding on this wonderful experience was the impecable service from the YBR Team led by Mr. Sandeep, and gracefully curated by Ankit Sharma and Maherpal Singh. Each one of them made us felt at home and won our hearts with their grace, smile, confidence and knowledge
Special mention to Ankit Sharma who helped us in choosing the dishes by suggesting the best ones and was available throughout the experience.
THANK YOU TEAM YBR
