Excellent service but property isn’t 4 stars
Pros:

Excellent service from the staffs. They’re very nice , friendly and professional.

Cons:

Tiny rooms. Misleading rating and the property , as it’s not the actual Mercure Hotel, definitely it’s not 4 stars.

四星酒店应该要做得更好
Pros:

1.房间很大，浴室洗澡很舒服
2.行李保管很严格很安全
3.环境安全楼下有很好的酒吧饭店

Cons:

1.空调不能调节恒温在22度，睡觉很冷，只能半夜爬起来开关多次，洗完澡出来也很冷，即便外面30度的夏天。
2. 部分工作人员不够了解合作停车场，不能提供具体折扣信息，一问三不知，合作的停车场如果从网上提前预定三天价格63欧，如果无预定无折扣则要129欧，所以酒店到底能提供多少折扣是非常重要的比价信息！问了两个前台都不清楚！第三个人才清楚的告诉我是30%的折扣！而且后来发现折扣卡上面明白写着30%！折扣卡也有问题，停车场机器识别失败。当我中途离开停车场再次回来时，前台表示每人只能领取一张折扣卡！这类信息请第一时间告知！不要等我用完了再说！！虽然最终都解决了，我也感谢你们的工作，但是我的体验不完美，希望其他客人能够有更好的体验。

Personal muy amable, recepción 24h, camas comodísimas, ascensor, aire acondicionado, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos agua en la nevera, nos permitieron dejar nuestras mochilas todo el dia siguiente al de la reserva alli sin coste alguno…

Cons:

la televisión es smart tv pero tienen bloqueado el uso de youtube y otras apps
