Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

Le personnel souriant, aimable, accueillant et avenant. Une mention spéciale pour Slimi à la réception.
La propreté. Leur engagement écologique. Grand lit très confortable. Le parking sur place. Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. La bouilloire dans la chambre. Les "options' dans la douche !

Pros:

Está bien ubicado, desde la estación de tren está alejado, tenes que tomar un transporte, pero para ir caminando al centro histórico está cruzando los dos ríos… es una zona donde a la tardecita sobre la costa del río está llena de gente… se vuelve muy agradable…
Los sectores comunes son muy lindos y cómodos, la amabilidad del personal fue excelente.

Cons:

Nuestro dormitorio muy pequeño, el TV muy viejo.
El desayuno no estaba incluido, el primer día lo compramos aparte pero es demasiado caro. Viajamos con nuestra hija pequeña y creíamos que era más fácil desayunar ahí…

Hôtel en travaux
Pros:

La chambre était propre et plutôt confortable. L'hôtel est bien placé pas trop éloigné de la gare et proche du centre.

Cons:

L'hôtel était en travaux dans les étages supérieurs et nous n'avons pas été prévenus, le réveil s'est fait au bruit des perceuses et marteaux après 8h. Nous entendions également un rat se promener le soir dans l'étage au-dessus qui était en travaux.
Aucun geste commercial de la part de l'hôtel.

たった一人を除きスタッフも親切だった

エレべ−タ-はあるが、部屋までは、数段の階段がある。大きなス−ツケ-スをもち上げるのは、大変だった。完全なバリアフリーではない。
リヨンを拠点にして観光する予定でこのホテルにス−ツケ-スを2回ほど預けるつもりだった。前日の夜のフロントのスタッフは、その旨を了解しましたと言ってくれ、部屋からス−ツケ-スを下ろす手伝いをしてくれるとも言ってくれた。翌日の朝、チェックアウトの際のフロントスタッフは、預けることは出来ないので駅にでも預けて欲しいと言われてしまった。列車の出発時間が近くなり焦ったが彼の冷ややかな対応は、変わらずだった。但し階段を下ろす手伝いは、してくれるとのことで部屋に一旦戻り冷静になって前日は了解された旨を伝えようと思い再度フロントに行ったところ、彼は他のスタッフに相談していたが、今度はすぐにＯKがでた。
今日、リヨンに戻り2日後に又同じトラブルがあるかもしれないと思うと憂鬱だ。
毎年、ホテルに大きな荷物を預ける形で旅行してきたが、これは無理なのでしょうか？

Pros:

The location was perfect, I was able to walk to any place in Lyon. The room was good but pretty simple. And the bathroom was really good, with a bathtub available. The bed was comfortable and big enough.
