Great time! We loved our vacation!
Pros:

Shower was exceptional. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good. Very clean eating area. Hot food. Staff was very helpful. I spent some time in the pool and it was so relaxing.

Bed was comfy, breakfast tasted good

Cons:

Staff was impatient, rude, facilities weren't open near times they were supposed to be. Opened pool 45 min late, and there was the testing supplies left out until it opened with no staff around, and breakfast was 10 min late. Asked for extra blankets and pillows and was emailed saying it would be done and was not. Bathroom vents were very loud- granted it was very windy that night. But I heard it was a common complaint through the breakfast room.

I know nothing will be done to fix the things that need to be done but they wont be fixed to make your place somewhere
Pros:

Not much. Very disappointed.

Cons:

Reported things that needed to be fixed but was told that maintenance wouldn’t be able to get to them until the next day. That never happened. No housekeeping until the third day unless requested. Landscaping by the front sidewalk had a trip issue that should’ve been taken care of. Very dangerous. Alot of issues with the facility that need addressing.
