I was travelling with my service dog from Colorado back to Iowa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Location was great. Rooms were comfortable.

Like that the hotel was easily accessible to the highway.
When booked, asked for a room NOT b the elevator and our door opened directly to the elevator so we heard the ding of the elevator ALL the time. Shower head was covered in calcium so we didn't shower. Electricity went out in the morning, impacting the cable, which was already hard to use...channels were a challenge to navigate. Carpet was wet by the airconditioning unit.
Breakfast was great. Help was incredible. Good variety of food.
