Ansprechendes Hotel in herausgehobener, ruhiger Lage oberhalb Bonns mit leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Angenehm ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einem Naherholungsgebiet auf dem Venusberg in direkter Nähe zur Uniklinik. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe und vermutlich durchweg Balkon, sind ansprechend ausgestattet, auch wenn das Möbiliar nicht mehr ganz top modern ist. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich. Parkplätze sind reichlich gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Das hervorragende Frühstück läßt kaum Wünsche offen, der zum Verweilen einladende Speiseraum hat eine lange Fensterfront mit Blick auf das Rheintal und das Siebengebirge.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nettes Hotel, freundliches und fleißiges Personal
Pros:

Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und erholsam. Wir waren bei einem Umzug von Bonn nach Kassel und hatten einen schwierigen Tag hinter uns.

Cons:

Wir waren verletzt und es gab eine große Schwierigkeit von der Tiefgarage bis zur Rezeption und zum Zimmer zu laufen. Die Fahrstühle waren suboptimal.

Cons:

Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Eier wurden über 20 min nicht aufgefüllt und waren dann kalt und zudem wurden Teller nicht abserviert und auch die Auslagen waren nicht schön (dies betraf vor allem eine Tag, vielleicht gabs da Personalengpass.

Cons:

Mir persönlich wäre es lieber wenn kein Teppich im Zimmer liegen würde (Hausstaubmilbenallergie).

Man muss sich an den verschachtelten Grundriss mit den vielen Treppchen erst gewöhnen, dann aber ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr schöner Aufenthalt, tolles Personal (mind. 10/10 Punkten!)

Cons:

Rezeption hat falsche Informationen weitergegeben und sich dann patzig verhalten, Abfrage zur Tiefgarage und dann doch gebucht- allgemein für so ein Hotel nicht sehr aufmerksam
