We loved the location and spent most of our time away from the hotel
Pros:

Location was very good for our needs room was very quiet bathroom was okay.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited room was very dark pillows and mattresses needed protectier coveres the place needed a deep clean toilet seat was stained and needed replacing some of the pillows had mold on them .very expensive for what we got .

De schoonmaakwerkzaamheden waren goed en de medewerkers waren vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De hotelkamer was erg klein en krap. Er hing een oude muffe geur in de kamer, vooral bij de gordijnen en de groene kussens. Ook was er veel stof aanwezig. De ramen hadden geen goede ventilatie of ontluchting. Het ontbijt was erg simpel met weinig keuze en de koffie was niet lekker. Voor de prijs van het hotel vonden wij het te duur. Een volgende keer zouden wij hier niet opnieuw verblijven.

Very convenient hotel to see Nice, could improve cleanliness
Pros:

The hotel had a very good location. Close to the old city, relatively close to all connections, even the Nice Riquier train station was not far.
The staff were always very positive and kind.
The shower and bathroom were an okay size. The double bed was a proper double bed.

Cons:

The biggest negative point was the cleanliness. I could easily scrape off dirt residue in the shower which means it can not have been properly washed. The mattress was also fairly dirty looking underneath the bed sheets. Except for that it seemed clean.

I could not find a "do not disturb" tag, and the rules of houseservice were very vague, but we did get new towels and the bed was made up every day.

The walkable area in the room was a bit small, but to be expected.
