Cons:

1ère chambre offerte non nettoyée
2ème chambre, la bouilloire était sale
J'ai réservé la navette pour l'aéroport mais 30 minutes après l'heure de départ je n'avais toujours pas quitté l'hôtel et pour me retrouver dans un gros bouchon par la suite.

Corbeille d'accueil dans la chambre

Cons:

1.La clim énormément bruyant qui nous a empêché de dormir malgré la fatigue d'un long voyage.
2. La salle très sale ( miroir, meuble et vasque pas nettoyés )

4 matelas et oreillers durs

Cons:

Restaurant, nous avons attendu 3/4 heure pour une salade d'avocat aux crevettes.
Peut-être que les crevettes n'étaient pas encore pêchées, en tout cas la cuisine aurait pu en informer le chef de partie.

je n’ai pas vu de savon dans la chambre. Le plafond est tres bas. les chambre et le couloir donnent un leger impression de vieux

Cons:

Le nettoyage est à revoir pour de vrai, il y’avait des poils sur le lavabo, de la moisissure avec des taches noires sur les joints et les bas de portes ne sont pas propre avec des éclats qui n’ont pas été nettoyés depuis.
Je souhaite juste que vous améliorer le cadre car vous êtes la vitrine d’Abidjan.

Propreté de la chambre, lit bien dressé, douche sanitaire ok, calme et silence ok, accessibilité
Peut mieux faire sur le prix. 2€ de réduction pour une clientèle régulière et fidèle. Vous exagerez. Attention déception au tournant !
