Pros:

I had a really bad experience while staying in makkah towers frm 4th feb2026 to 11th feb 2026. My money was stolen around 6k riyal. I stayed in the 15th floor room number 530. During our stay one day we were in a hurry to go for our prayers so I left my suitcase open. And specifically asked the cleaning person not to clean our room. But when we came back he was in the room. When we asked why he is inside the room he said I just came to keep towels. I didn't give much importance to that incident thinking that in makkah nobody will be bad person. We were doing our amal. I didn't even think to chk the purse. So when we came to madhina and checked my purse b4 going 4 shopping then only I noticed my money has gone. Nothing could be done now. So pls pls pls be careful while traveling to makkah. Makkah is not exceptional frm thieves and pickpocket. Be mindful of your money and belongings. Always keep your suitcases locked. Hope this review is seen by the administration of makkah towers and do something abt this.

The location of Makkah Tower is good and very close to the Haram, which is convenient for prayers. However, the overall experience was not satisfactory. The rooms and beds are not comfortable and appear poorly maintained. Amenities are also not properly provided, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. The quilts are of very poor quality and uncomfortable.

Good view. Direct 300m walk to kaaba
Pros:

We were given a free upgrade and the treatment from staff is amazing 24/7 availability. Taxi pickup can stop for dropoff at reception directly.

Good for location but to get to the hotel reception and then to the room was really troublesome.
Pros:

The closeness to the holy mosque. But to get to the room from reception was a challenge. Lots of walking through car park to get to the room and then back for check
Out.

Cons:

Breakfast was average and restaurant was pretty far away from the room.

الغرف قديمة و الاثاث قديم و الفطور كان سيء سيء سيء خسارة والله فيه الفلوس والفندق جدا قديم و يحتاج الى عناية و تجديد
