Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y las ubicaciones muy buena, pero los sensores no son suficientes y no dejan entrar el
Pros:

La ubicación es muy bien en dos minutos lo puedes llegar al Haram lo reservamos una habitación pequeña me regalaron una habitación más grande pero al final el día de salir no dejaron entrar el coche para recoger los maletas. Lo llamé tres veces en la recepción. Al final tuve que llevar maletas al mano hasta el coche

Los sensores no son suficientes son tres sensores para miles de personas y muchas veces tuve que esperar más de media hora para subir o bajar si está dispuesta de esperar 40 minutos cada viaje puedes reservar este Hotel

Makkah Towers Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very close to Haram.
Very clean
Our flight got delayed by 8hrs
Asked for late check out management was very understanding and allowed a late checkout with No extra cost.
While we where waiting for the time to pass they allowed us to stay in there reception area use the hotel facilities and kept the luggage until 10pm
Reception was in English and 24hrs there to help
All Staff are very kind and helpful from the management to the security guard to the cleaners every one you meet in that hotel are very helpful.

Cons:

There was only 3 lifts with 1 working at 1 time for 26 floors long waiting for lifts.
Free car park was far from the hotel
We where in tower 3 level 23 breakfast was in a total separate building which the first day was very hard to find took 30 minutes to find the breakfast area.
On the last day
Breakfast was very busy no seating area available so we had to stand and eat i would not recommend the breakfast.

Pros:

Location and Room

Cons:

Lot of time to wait for elevators. Sometimes 15-20 minutes which defeats the purpose of staying so close to Haram.

Could have been better
Pros:

Excellent location

Cons:

3 lifts per tower with 26 floors. After jumah prayers had to queue up for 30 mins just to get on the lift.

Rooms were not ready for check in even at 4:45 pm

حجزت في بوكنق وتفاجأة انهم قالو لي حجزك في الابراج مو في الفندق يميز الفندق مافيه معانات المصاعد والزحمة المطعم قريب

عشان انزل او اصعد وقت الصلاة معانات من الانتظار عكس الفندق

قربه من الحرم وبوابة الملك عبدالعزيز بالذات

Cons:

عدم وجود مصاعد كافيه لنقل النزلاء يعني 3 مصاعد فقط غير منطقي للعمل في 24 دور حيث ان وقت الصلاه يجب علينا النزول قبل الصلاه ب ساعه ونصف عالاقل الإنتظار مزعج غير ذلك 👍🏻

ممتعه وميسره واطمح لتكرار الحجز في كل زيارة لبيت الله الحرام .

بعض دوراة المياه معطله هواية الشفط ، ايضا سؤ تصريف المياه على ارضية دورات المياه اجلكم الله .

ماااجمل المكان بقربه من الحرم وهدوءه

هدوء جميع السكرتيين الذين مريت بهم وقت الصعود رائعين يقدمون خدمات سريعه كان لديه مشكله في رقم الفندق كانو يقفون معي حتى استطيع الطلوع يساعدووني في معرفة حل

كان الموكيت الزوليه لها رائحه غير مرغوب بها لاتصلح للصلاه
صوت الاصلاحات مزعج
عندما اكون اخت الغرفه ليومين او ثلاث اذا لم اطلب التنظيف لايحضرون الاشياء اللتي من حقي في اليوم التالي
من ماء او كوفي او سكر او شاي اكياس او مناديل وماتحتوي عليه الغرفه اول ماندخل من المفترض تاتينا بدون طلب تتوفر
