Location entertainment
Food was not the best
Beautiful building. Features have been well preserved
Some decor and carpets in the rooms is very tired. It is ridiculously hot in the rooms which made for a very uncomfortable stay. There is only one small fan per room which is no where near appropriate.
Look on see
Room
Nothing
Room size and no air conditioning
The staff were lovely and great location
Way, way ,way too hot...should have at least had a fan in the room.. would have expected AC
The location and the pool and the quietness
No cold water at bathrooms
No fan or air con in the rooms
We couldn’t sleep at all due to the boiling temperatures…
The location was perfect
The property is dated and in need of a major refurbishment. I was lead to believe parking was included, only to be told on arrival parking was additional cost at £25 per night. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been.
Nice hotel helpful staff
Was carrying a lot of tools as parking is a 5 minute walk away and was put in a basement room with stairs and narrow doorways to traverse
Close to beach
Rude staff
Ridiculously hot
The location
As a disabled person I was given a very far away room with a long walking distance from the reception
Very hot room no ac only fan not very clean room
It’s says parking available but wasn’t included 28£ for 24h no facilities for disabled person
Garden
Room with no windows or fan
I didn’t like anything as I was struggling with taking care of three elderly people in their 80’s with rooms apart which took 15 mins or more for them to walk and extremely difficult to climb stairs!
I didn’t like anything at this property! Awful and rude customer service and inspite of my request of rooms being together for elderly people, I was offered an option to either take a room without window next to each other (with one room with small window) or both rooms in different directions with one room where my elderly aunty of 86 years had to climb two floors. I was told that they did a favour on me by giving such rooms far apart as they were fully occupied! I could have spent less and stayed in Marriott and got better rooms, and customer service! They can’t charge same cost of double room for the rooms with window and no window! It certainly needs to be put in different categories so that customers can be aware of conditions! I will enter stay at this property and would advise people to be very cautious if you are taking elderly people with you as they are not helpful at all!
It was in a good location near the beach and the breakfast was super good
I went to the reception to make an extension for another night in the accommodation and forgot a camera send me from the reception counter and the camera never appeared again, I went to ask and they told me that it was not there but if I know I left it there it was a yellow camera and if I remember that I accidentally left it there and the staff who was at reception did not return it to me
The gentleman on reception was so professional & polite on our arrival & and throughout the evening. But when I went to reception to report stains on our bedding, only x 2 towels & 1 face , she just replied room no & ok to pass on. We returned from a late dinner & disappointedly saw others empty bottles & wine glasses still left on the windowsill next to our room and no room bedding had been changed sadly.
We would like to stay again in a bigger room with a sea view window for more days as our room was basic & noisy both inside & noise outside which had the heavy restricted only window left wide open. Would really appreciate if this hotel management made provements highlighted.
Lovely location, dining & communal shared areas, some very nice staff the gentleman on reception on arrival, the reception man at the spa & the lady & man only the last day on reception when we checked out the next morning.
Excellent l, staff very gently, good room, good lounge nice garden
Nothing only in Bournemouth in the night there is nothing, the city in night needs to improve
