Good location,close to everything
Parking rubbish, run down. Bathroom in the room very dirty and had loads of hair from previous guests

The bar was exceptional. Good service, quiet and relaxing with wonderfully comfortable sofas and chairs.
Breakfast was first class and the breakfast room was clean and the staff helpful. We had come for a funeral, not a holiday, but the hotel helped make everything easier.
My niece found it difficult to find her room - the hotel lift system can be quite confusing - and reception could have been a little more helpful. There was a lightbulb not working in one of my bedside lights.
