Lovely Victorian hotel - inside its lovely and old
The outside is a bit decapitated, but its massive, and i dont sleep on the outside of a hotel
The location is great
There’s no heating control so was pretty cold in the evening.
The tv control was broken
Was told it was an upgrade to sea view with no sea view
All
Great location
Windows didn't open and view was rubbish
I liked the garden, a place for fun...
Closed dry sauna, closed Jacuzzi (put in the closet) the entire stay...
The location is perfect and has a private garden and swimming pool. A cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you Timur for upgrading our room.
The rooms were a little out dated and the beds could be more comfortable.
The bathroom/shower was a nice size
We made a last minute reservation and the staff member on the desk when we checked in was rather rude. We must have been given the worst room that people never book. It was small with no windows and no ventilation. Myself and my partner didn’t sleep all night. My partner was coughing all night and I was awake all night with a headache. The bathroom lock didn’t lock.
Location, friendly staff
Food was very very bad…. Worst breakfast i ever had …eggs were probably same age as hotel…., dont go for fry up breakfast, evening grilled sandwich was badly done and served cold…in the room-had to run water in the bath for almost 20min to get rid of dark brown colour and then wipe some stuff from bottom with tissue …
Room ok breakfast average
Entertainment (cinematic so terrible it was actually entertaining and comedic value possibly need to look at further kinds of Entertainment but not co.pkai t as it cheered us up
