Breakfast
Pokój na ścianie i w łazience miał kawałki jedzenia jak by coś eksplodowało a poza tym jak zawsze pozytywne doświadczenie
Close to the sea side
Everything was fine.
The bed could be more comfortable and softer. Looks like is time to change a mattress.
Location
Was quite tired.
The location
The room we stayed in was very small- and WiFi didn’t reach nor got phone signal
The health & leisure , lounge was nice too, as was Dave
Room was dreadful, dirty, unsafe wires, and when I book a bed I expect a bed not just two boxes on wheels that part when you turn over. The doors didn't fit so light streamed in around the doors and privacy hole in the door, shining into the wardrobe mirror and my eyes. It was NOTHING like any of the photos online
Dave the concierge gave great parking advice! The breakfast man was very friendly and the pool attendant man was superb. Beautifully kept gardens and lawns.
Some breakfast items were cold. Condiments were not good at all! However the warm stuff was very nice. The front of the hotel needs work. Torn astro and headless statue? Let's the place down which is a shame
Position, breakfast, good size room , the evening entertainment
Nothing I didn’t really like this was our 17th visit to the hotel so they must be doing something right
Seafront position excellent
Had a terrible room by the leisure centre.
Woken by people queuing to get in at 7.45 am. Had to call reception at 5am from my phone as loud music and talking form the adjoining room. Had been going on since 3am with people k ok g on doors. Felt vunerable in that particular room. Doors out to garden from my room did not feel secure. Should have telephones in room. Breakfast was terrible. Overcooked and mushrooms tasted of stale oil. Hardly and choice or variety. Terrible cheap bread. I could go on. Manager quite aggressive with other guests who were complaining.
Close to the beach and not far from town centre
Paying for the car park, but still cheaper than the public car park next door
Great location. The hotel rooms however are tired compared to how the hotel was say 30 yrs ago.
Looked v tired.
for the price i paid for 1 night plus breakfast & evening meal, it was excellent value for money
