It was very noisy,& the room was hot & stuffy not a great breakfast.
when I asked for extra teabags as there were only 1 in the room and was told I would be charged for them I wasn't charged in the end which was good of the staff,
We stayed in the ibis Zurich the night before and that was great.

We stayed at a pyramid.
Pros:

Design of a building, where the mountains from every window were seen. Very ambient room, spacious bathroom. The room had 2 solid mini-coffee tables, and a huge TV screen. A king-sized bed was very soft and comfy, but the sofa-bed had squeaking springs. The staff was really helpful and even issued us a guest card with the free local bus for the whole day. The room had everything we needed: two high quality cups for coffee, two capsules of nespresso, 4 milk capsules and two packets of tea. There was a new small electric teapot, usb-c and usb-a ports built into the wall, as well as normal socket. It was very warm in the room despite our stay was in the middle of February. The staff kindly agreed to keep our backpacks until afternoon.

Für unsere benötigten Berdürfnisse, hat es vollkommen ausgereicht.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und lange Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption. Hunde erlaubt.

Cons:

Zimmertemperatur war zu hoch bzw . wir hatten ziemlich warm.nur leider wenn man das Fenster öffnet, dann war der Lärm von der Strasse zu laut.

Buen hotel
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy lindas. El personal te regala pasajes para usar ómnibus locales y lo usamos mucho. Tendrían que tener algún personal que hable español.

It's was decent.

Cons:

The rooms were too small to open a suitcase. There was a water kettle in the room, but no tea bags. When I ask for one, I have been told to pay 5 CHF, the same price as tea from the machine. I find it super strange.

Excellent for Bernina Express travellers
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, excellent proximity to the old town, super helpful concierge, good early breakfast for those catching Bernina Express

Chur offers free bus travel for tourists so we got free, easy travel to the old town at night and free travel to Chur Station for the Bernina Express

Note: the hotel is located near Chur West station, not Chur Central. If you arrive in Chur, just take a train one stop to Chur West (or ideally arrange your free travel pass before you arrive for the free bus)

Hotel Top Kurtaxe Flopp
Pros:

Typisch Ibis einfach immer gut. Das geilste war der Balkon. Ideal für Raucher.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz und die Kurtaxe sollten im Preis inbegriffen sein. Die Kurtaxe verstehe ich sowieso nicht warum man die bezahlen muss, wenn man Geschäftlich unterwegs ist. Ich kure ja nicht ich bin zum arbeiten in der Gegend.
