Pros:

Pleasantly surprised with the truly excellent reception staff.
Made us feel very welcome and provided lots good advice on things to see around town including providing free bus tickets into town. Enjoyable breakfast.

Cons:

A bit further away to walk to from the railway station than we thought (poor planning on our part) but getting the free bus tickets made up for that.

The front desk team was an example for some of the larger establishments. Well done.
Pros:

The front desk team, very friendly and extremely efficient. The information provided was great to get the most from our short stay.

Cons:

It was fine for our overnight stay, any longer and it would not be suitable.

Wir kommen gerne bald wieder
Pros:

Enge Einfahrt in Parkgarage aber direkter Zugang zu Hotel, super. Balkon von Eckzimmer war eine Terrasse, die wir genossen haben. Frühstück war reichlich trotz weniger Gäste.

Ótima estadia - digno complemento para uma viagem muito agradável pelo Bernina
Pros:

Tudo correu bem, apenas ele fica um pouco longe da estação de comboios, embora forneçam gratuitamente um ticket para o autocarro que usamos na volta, não na chegada. Mas tudo mais foi de muito boa qualidade.
