Pros:

Nach unserer Beschwerde ein sauberes Zimmer bekommen.

Cons:

Das zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer war dermaßen versifft. Wir forderten ein sauberes Zimmer oder eine kostenlose Stornierung. So etwas kann man keinem Menschen zumuten.

Die Lage war perfekt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen! Das Restaurant und das Essen waren sensationell!

Cons:

Leider ist das Haus ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt durch die langen kalten Gänge sehr ungemütlich. Der Wellnessbereich hat auch schon bessere Tage erlebt!

Schöne große Zimmer und Zugang zum Spa Bereich, leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Spabereich war leider sehr voll und hatte sehr begrenzte Öffnungszeiten, sodass man ihn nicht wirklich nutzen konnte, wenn man tagsüber unterwegs war. Hunde und Parkplatz haben uns für einen 2 tägigen Aufenthalt 100 Euro gekostet, was ich als zu viel empfinde, zumal ich bei Booking in den Filtern "Parkplatz inbegriffen" angegeben hatte.

Die Dame am Empfang war nett, das Frühstück war gut, das war’s dann auch an guten Sachen :D

Cons:

Zimmer sind total in die Jahre gekommen.
Haare vom Vorgänger in der Badewanne, kaputter Teppich, große braune Flecken auf dem Teppich im Bereich vor dem Bett. Ohne Schlappen würde ich mich in dem Hotelzimmer nicht bewegen. Alte Badewanne mit Wand, die sich nicht gut öffnen lässt. Fehlender Aufzug, für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Total hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort von den Nachbarn.

Mein Tipp: unbedingt Oropax mitbringen und pingelig darf man auch nicht sein.

Was ich ziemlich dreist finde: deutlich zu hoher Preis für das olle Zimmer, und dann noch 15€ fürs Parken abkassieren.

Super Frühstück. Schönes Spa. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Parkplätze waren zu teuer, 15 €. Sonst leider keine Parkmöglichkeit.
