Hübsch aber durcheinander
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Stadtkern und doch ist es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr ansprechend. Der Pool ist groß für ein Hotel und hat eine kleine Wassersprudelecke.
Es gibt einige Wellnessmöglichkeiten, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber und soweit schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Toiletten am Haupteingang sind nicht sauber. Das Personal ist sehr durcheinander und es fehlt insgesamt in diesem Bereich an Ordnung und Struktur. Man wollte uns den Aufenthalt dopptin Rechnung stellen. Beim Abendessen wurden uns die Getränke mehrfach falsch ausgeteilt und als die Heizung in einem Zimmer nicht richtig funktionierte, konnte man uns nicht weiterhelfen, nach Nachfrage.

Toller Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Balkon. Sehr bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer. Viel Platz und Sauber.
Sehr guter Frühstück, nettes Personal.
Essbereich im Zimmer ist Super aber kein Geschirr und Besteck.

Cons:

Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war in der Mitte durchgelegen so dass die Kinder immer in die Mitte gerutscht sind.
Wasser im Pool war für uns zu kühl.

Zimmerinformationen zum Hotel, Anlagen, Betriebszeiten im Zimmer gleich Null.
Sehr lange Wege mit vielen Treppen um vom Zimmer in den Spabereich zu kommen.
Meine Anfrage zur Dusche war beim Check in eigentlich bestätigt, aber im Zimmer 428 war keine Dusche. Erst auf nochmaligem telefonieren war es dann doch möglich.
Am TV war der HDMI Anschluß nicht ansteuerbar. Die Ansprechperson war nicht imstande das zu ermöglichen.
Fenster waren nicht zum kippen
Ist zwar direkt an den Bergen, aber durch die Bäume keine Sicht darauf.

Una vieja gloria que necesita urgentemente una reforma.

Habitación grande, con buena terraza. El parque de juegos para niños es genial.

Cons:

El gerente del hotel podía haber hecho su trabajo y no colocar a una familia con una niña de 3 años y carrito en la última casa, en la segunda planta y sin ascensor, ni acceso para carro. El hotel es laberíntico, se tarda en ir de un lado al otro una eternidad.Se te quitan las ganas de todo,en vez de descansar,sufres. Las moquetas de todo el hotel deben de ser cambiadas.El vestuario de la piscina es minúsculo.No tienen atención de bar.Apenas tienen personal y no son la alegría de la huerta. La piscina,para ser Wellness, está helada.En el restaurante me comí el peor Schnitzel de mi vida y la cola era un asco. El único punto bueno del desayuno es q es abundante,pero es mediocre y está totalmente desorganizado, la gente (personal como clientes) va como pollo sin cabeza. Es una pena q no atiendan el excelente Biergarten q tienen fuera. La máquina de snacks q ofrecen es una porquería y mega cara. Su sistema de reservas de comidas debe de mejorar. El parking pequeño y carísimo.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, alles war da, was man benötigt hat. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Stühlen, wo man gut entspannen kann. Das Frühstück reichlich und sehr gut

Dass viele Insekten von unter der Tür ins Zimmer machen. Die Tücher- und Hygienebeutelbehälter waren leider leer, sonst war es alles gut
