Cons:

Le jour de notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous a vraiment mal accueillis et nous a parlé très mal! Le 19/12 vers 19h45 un homme de 40-50ans caucasien ! Sinon le reste du personnel top

Friendly, cheerful staff in a clean hotel with nice decor.
Pros:

Great location for walking to restaurants and to transport stops to access central Paris. There is a water fountain in the lobby with chilled, filtered water to fill a water bottle each day.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Très beau séjour dans cette établissement ,malgré pour une chambre privilège le bruit de l’ascenseur à la 706 !!
Pros:

L’accueil .le personnel à l’écoute et très disponible. Une très bonne note pour l’équipe du petit déjeuner,surtout sa responsable,toujours à l’écoute et au petits soins pour ses clients même lors du pic d’affluence.
Une très brèle note aussi pour le barman de samedi soir (des cocktails délicieux)

Cons:

Le fait que le bar ne serve pas certains soir (dimanche soir) et que l’on nous laisse s’asseoir pour nous dire 10 mn après que l’on ne sert pas de cocktail.
Dans ce cas ,soit le préciser a l’entrée de bar ,soit fermé le bar si il n’y a pas de barman digne de se nom !
