Le petit dejeuner, la chambre trop exiguë et le personnel pas très diplomate.
The staff was lovely, and it was very clean.
It was clean but not 4 stars. No one to help with the luggage.
It lacked all amenities in the room, only providing shampoo body wash combo
It was reminiscent of a Holiday Inn express; kept up but lacked any bells or whistles.
I’m baffled how they maintained a 4 stars- more like a 2.5-3

Camera curata , spatioasa .Statia de metrou in fata hotelului.
Tiszta, kényelmes, csendes hotel nagyon kedves munkatársakkal. Néhány napos tartózkodásra tökéletes megoldás. A reggeli bőséges és ízletes volt, finom kávéval! A személyzet kedves és minden kérésünket rugalmasan kezelték és meg is oldották! Jó szívvel ajánlom!

L’insonorisation de la chambre est bonne mais je crois que la porte de la chambre est un peu fine donc s’il y a du bruit dans le couloir, on peut être dérangé. L’insonorisation de la rue et entre les chambres est sinon très bonne.
Great breakfast, stylish building, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location for the Metro and the river. Loved the Nuxe hand soap!
A bit more space in the room would be nice, but that’s not a major problem, it was all good.
À deux pas de la gare de Lyon et d'une station de métro, l'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé.
