Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good AC.
Noise in the room. Spiders.
The photos of the rooms are extremely different from the reality. This looks cheating customers. Staff were not cooperative to give alternative in case of unsatisfied with the given room as well as the price was high compared to the quality of the hotel.
Location, cleanliness. Polite and pleasant staff
Very helpful staff
The location is great, in walking distance from Euston train station and two metro stations. The room is recently renovated, quite modern.
The room is tiny for the price paid!
非常清潔
Reception
Location is great
Rooms are somewhat small
Excellent location for Euston and King's Cross.
Much smaller than the online images - making a cup of tea was tricky! Unable to open the interior glazing so couldn't pull down the blind with blinding street lights on all night. Noisy but to be expected at that location
Room lighting not great for make up etc...
Stayed in this hotel based on AI suggestion! Travelled from Heathrow and was very convenient on Northern line to Elizabeth line change at Tottenham Court Road to Euston and short walk up. Loads of restaurants, takeaways and express supermarkets a five minute walk away.
Friendly staff on arrival. Hotel room was modern but small as is typical for London, bathroom definitely quirky! I stayed with my husband so suited perfect, we used room as a base. I would stay again, thanks. Room was clean and I didn't notice any noise.
Major plus being so close to Euston Station, great for travelling around London on the underground.
Staff were really helpfull, food excellent, room was nice and cool which was so important after an extremely hot day. Also water cold water available in reception when we came home late. Location to Euston square underground was perfect.
There was 2 members of staff that were so lovely and amazing especially the girl who works in the bar and brought room service to my room. I got pizza & chips &2x Diet Coke and apple cider and was only £29 which I thought was good value for money. Then 2 alperol spritz were £22 and again found that good for money as glasses were bigger than normal. Then She told me to stop coming down to order when to order through the tablet or call as that’s what they are there for and not me having to come down to order everytime I wanted something which I found very lovely and thoughtful as some other hotels you don’t get such lovely responds like that (I’m not sure if she was maybe the bar manager) (I mean no offence with saying her culture but I think she was possibly polish just so I’m getting the correct person and the correct person getting the credit shes overly deserved of)shes an extreme asset to the hotel and plays a very big part of it doing well and the review I’m giving could have been less if it wasn’t for her 10/10 for her all round. The fella who checked us out also amazing he helped us with routes etc as we were going to a concert on 1 of our 3 nights he told us the best and the cheapest way rather me paying a fortune on Ubers to Wembley he gave us tube directions and we got there and back safely, on checkout he was back on shift and took the time to ask how the concert was and talking to us at checkout and wishing us a safe journey home to Glasgow!
Room was far too small the bed was a small double and I was sharing it with my 15yr old daughter who has a stoma tube so I hardly slept incase I hurt her in my sleep, I did ask about a bigger room but was told no by the girl at the desk, Iron was not good as that didn’t work properly and the ironing board was not working properly it was not straight it went down to 1 side. I had to ask for the iron as it wasn’t in the room. I payed £758 for a 3 night stay that didn’t include breakfast as that was then £19pp per-day but also paid £25 on arrival to get into our hotel room 2hrs early yet it was ready but I understand they have there rules etc. also Under the bed was dusty (which it’s right at a busy road so I kinda understood it as such) there was mould on the bathroom ceiling above the sink and around the shower door at the bottom. I didn’t feel the quality of the room was worth the money I paid and that’s me being honest but if it wasn’t for both staff members being so lovely I would have checked out and got another hotel then go through booking.com and insurance for a refund.i was hoping this was going to be an amazing hotel and re-book it before I came home for when I come back in September to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday but I can’t see that being the case unless a different/bigger room or something to have me re-think.the amount of times I hurt my toe off the bed to get around to the side of the bed at the window side wasn’t good.
Very good location. Close to Euston station
It might be small but this hotel exceeded my expectation. Just perfect for me. Budget friendly, centrally located, spacious room, good water pressure, with gym access, airconditioned and friendly staff.
