I arrived at the hotel a little early and was hoping to leave my bags of storage as I was off to Work meeting Lady on reception said she would do me a complementary early check-in so I can leave my bag in my room but then she said she couldn’t do it complementary as it was already on the system so I was charged the full £25. I think she perhaps should’ve checked that before telling me it could be free. I didn’t pay much attention as I put my bag in my room, because I was in a bit of a rush, but I Had booked a superior double room this room was not superior. It was room number one it was quite basic. The bed was quite creaky and I was on the ground floor which I found a little bit strange being a solo woman trouble… The traffic noises all through the night on sirens was absolutely horrendous. I hardly slept.! I wasn’t made aware of breakfast or any amenities within the hotel, so I went out to a local café. When I was checking out, I asked the same receptionist for a receipt and she just sat there tapping on the laptop and didn’t really acknowledge me and then the receptionist next to her did mention it would be emailed to me. I just felt a little bit awkward.. The hotel looks absolutely lovely when you look at the photos online and it is very clean but just lacking some personal touches and I still would love to know if that room wasn’t a superior double very disappointing.

Staff didn’t really give me any Info! She at first said I could have a complimentary early check in then charged me £25…. Room wasn’t superior I was in room 1 very noisy road and ground floor not great when s women travelling alone!

Perfect location. Not too expensive. Nice and easy to get the hotel. It was small but exactly what I needed.

The room was so noisy - luckily I had earplugs with me as otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep with the noise from the traffic outside. The room was not particularly clean and the hotel generally was quite rundown.

Only a stool in the room. Majority of hotels have only one chair/seat in rooms for 2 people.
I stayed in this hotel as it was adjacent to Euston Station and I was getting an early train. The room had the essentials that I wanted, a comfortable bed, a kettle to make tea, and a window that I could open. The staff, without being particularly friendly or warm, were pleasant and helpful
Outside of the room, the hotel is a little shabby. It could definitely do with a little love - fresh paint, fix the button on the lift so you know if the lift is coming, give the inside of the lift a good scrub and replace the stained flooring in the lift with something fresh and clean. It's definitely in need of a refurb. The bedrooms are in better nick.
