Perfect location for me. Staff were welcoming and professional.

Good location and access to Euston Station. Reception staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived early in the morning.

Getting a double bed with a camp bed when I booked a twin room.
Simple and stylish room. The inside room was quiet and had a light tunnel so not completely enclosed.

Although you could tell the bed sheets were clean they were stained with was off putting
I got a bad impression already from the moment I arrived this hotel. I arrived quite late (11PM) but would still have expected the reception to be open. The door was locked, and no door bell or anything. Luckily the guy at the reception saw me and came out. He was friendly and check in was ok and I even got upgraded to a double room. But the dissapointment came when entering the room. The room was small and felt dirty/ old. I wanted to wash my face but the sink was too small. Went straight to bed but the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and too short for me (and I’m not even that tall!). Bed frame was really filthy too.
I struggled too lock the door from the inside, and it was really loud from the corridor. So when two men stopped right outside my door and stood there talking I didnt feel safe. Based on their conversation, I also got a bad vibe from the whole place…
I was supposed to sty two nights but ended up checking out one day earlier. Asked to get a receipt, and the staff told me they would send it by email but I did not get anything. Annoying. I will ask to get this hotel removed from our company portal, as this is not acceptable when travelling for work.
Only positive thing was breakfast! Had sourdough toast w/ avocado & eggs which was really good!
I liked that everything was very clean and the location was great.
I didn’t like that we were only given one key card to access the hotel and the room. There were two of us with different schedules in the city, and having only one card made our stay more difficult.
Close to Euston station
Low ceiling was oppressive. Sink didn’t drain well. Room was right on road and exceedingly noisy
