Cons:

The area, the room was dirty, coffee maker didn't work and only 1 bottle of water for 2 quest. The TV didn't bring up my channels like other places plus something wrong with the volume kept fading in and out. The bathtub had dirt ring around it.
Breakfast was awful, cold eggs my son said,coffee tasted burnt,and not a whole lot to choose from for breakfast.

This is a place I would like to stay again I really liked it
Pros:

I loved how clean it was inside the room and how clean the lobby was. The frond desk guys was extremely nice and helpful

Very sad
Pros:

When i checked in Saturday around 4 PM the gentleman didnt let me pay with my business credit card because it didnt have my “name” he was completely rude and i had to find a way to get another card with my name on it to check in . He treated me like a criminal trying to stick up a bank. And told me if i didnt like his attitude to go to another hotel because they dont need my business . I have never been treated this way for using a business credit card. Also in front of my children . Im very sad and disappointed.

Change the front desk worker from saturday afternoon

Pros:

most things were great. staff were kind and helpful and breakfast was good

Cons:

Carpet in hotel room was filthy dirty. we made sure to wear flip flops as we normally do in a hotel but glad we didnt forget them this trip

Pros:

AC worked great, mini fridge, lighting, TV, pillows, bed

Cons:

No early check in. I arrived 20 minutes early. It would have made this stay excellet. Had a long day already by check in time and just wanted to relax.
