Good location
Pros:

Location and ease of checking in.

Cons:

Fencing prevented ease of entry to room. Had to go to end of building, room was in the center of building-ground level. Ice machine not very accessible from our room.

Good stay. Nice room. I would encourage more flexibility from hotel if checking in a little early
Pros:

The room was really clean. The breakfast was nice, though nothing gluten free except fruit. You can easily walk to the taco places in the area,(that's why we went to Oxnard).

Cons:

They charged us an extra $25 to check in about an hour early. I have never had this happen before for such a short period of time. Just fyi, the area near the hotel is not pretty, but very easy to walk to the town and train.

This was a very pleasant stay, peaceful, and very enjoyable.
Pros:

The entire property was exceptionally neat and clean. Very well kept and maintained. All the staff were very friendly and upbeat.

Cons:

The location of the property was a little awkward, very close to five corners intersection.

Pros:

Spacious parking lot.

Cons:

I didn’t like the bed, pillows and the room temperature in the bathroom was too hot but if we put the room colder then the main room was too cold. I don’t think i would like to stay at this hotel again personally.

Everything about the accommodation suited us except the fact that the hot water never came throug. We let the water run

The area, the room was dirty, coffee maker didn't work and only 1 bottle of water for 2 quest. The TV didn't bring up my channels like other places plus something wrong with the volume kept fading in and out. The bathtub had dirt ring around it.
Breakfast was awful, cold eggs my son said,coffee tasted burnt,and not a whole lot to choose from for breakfast.
