DISSAPOINTING, will never visit this property ever , will also not recommend.

Breakfast was basic, omelette was dried up in lumps, bacon was cold. ALL IN ALL WORST BF WE HAVE HAD AT A HOLIDAY INN OUTLET.

MANAGER BELINDA, EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL WITH CAR PAR CHARGES.
STAFF AT RECEPTION LOOKED MISERABLE AT POONT OF ENTRY.
BREAKFAST STAFF APPEARED OVERWORKED, AND POSSIBLY UNDERPAID, NOT A SINGLE SMILE. A ' WAKE ' AT A FUNERAL WAS MORE LIVELY.
PHENOMENONAL CARPAR CHARGES.

Had a lovely two night stay
Pros:

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Good value for money, especially with the great free breakfast excellent value.

Cons:

Car parking. If you book this hotel pay for the parking in the hotel, they have preferential prices.
I paid upon entry, not realising, it cost my triple the hotel price!

Hotel always clean stay here every time we come to watch the football.

Cons:

This time the bed had a definite sag in the middle, which we have never experienced here before. Had to keep stopping myself from rolling into the middle of the bed. Didn't really sleep that well.
The breakfast was not the best on this occasion either, the bacon was like bits of cardboard hard and very dry.
(Never normally like this, so will still stay again)

Exceptional - Accommodating in all areas.
Pros:

I stayed here for work during Ramadan - where I had to start my fast at 4.20AM, while my booking included free breakfast I knew it was a long shot for getting something at 4am when breakfast start at 6.30. I woke up at 4am and tried my luck at the reception desk, and to my surprise, they were more than happy to accommodate. Tea, Cereal, Toast, Fruit, more than enough food to start my fast. Greatly appreciated and much respected. Thank you.
