Perfectly pleasant hotel with easy airport access
Pros:

Lovely, friendly, clean and well placed. Included breakfast a great bonus. Food available in the evening , not overpriced.

Cons:

Room a little chilly but a heater was available so fine.

Bang average hotel charging a fortune

The bathroom was very smelly, drain smells. Advised receptionist who did nothing. At best they could have moved my room

Comfortable overnight stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

High standard of cleanliness throughout. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful (thank you Katie). Room was comfortable. We had a good nights sleep as the hotel seemed quiet. Breakfast was good with enough choice even for us vegans (vegan sausages on request). The hotel is well located for walking into Derby City Centre.

Average breakfast. Convenient location for a one night stay.
Pros:

Convenient location, within easy reach of dining options.

Cons:

I was allocated a disabled room which I did not request. It was too big for my needs. Facilities (tea/coffee, wardrobe etc) cramped into one corner and bed too far away to see tv comfortably. As my granddaughter of 12yrs commented, this room is not cosy Grandma and she was right. It was cold, bare and uninviting.
