Great Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with helpful staff. Excellent clean and quiet room, with comfortable beds. Location is excellent within a short walk to all the main sites and numerous restaurants and bars. Would definitely return if come back to Seville.
My only slight criticism would be that the coffee machines at breakfast were underwhelming and temperamental in the quality of brew that they produced.

Loved our stay at the hotel Ferdinand III
Pros:

The location is super. Breakfast is everything you could want. The rooms are modern and comfortable. It was too cold when we were there to use the pool but the rooftop pool and terrace are very attractive. We would stay at the Ferdinand III again if and when we return to Seville.

We had a wonderful weekend and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

It was in a perfect location for exploring the city, very clean, wonderful roof terrace serving drinks and food and the room was very quiet.

Pros:

Hotel che sicuramente deve metà del suo fascino allo staff che ci lavora, tutti davvero gentilissimi e attenti. Ci hanno pure omaggiati di una bottiglia di spumante al nostro arrivo. Camere pulite e ben fatte. Un sentito apprezzamento alle addette alla pulizia delle camere, bravissime e gentilissime, da 5 stelle! La colazione abbondante, ma la qualità di certe cose andrebbe rivista, soprattutto nei dolci, come brioche ecc..., e le uova, tipo quelle fritte vengono lasciate all'aria su un piatto così si raffreddano, non proprio l'ideale, e quelle strapazzate non sono per niente buone. Ripeto, qualità media. Nota sicuramente positiva, la presenza apprezzatissima di jamon iberico, buono, e pane di tutti i tipi, anche quello molto buono. Ma può essere una buona idea fare colazione in giro nei localini all'aperto, se non amate le grandi colazioni continentali. Biancheria camera invece, soprattutto asciugamani e lenzuola, di buona qualità e letti molto molto comodi. Un suggerimento, siccome le camere sono dotate di televisioni molto grandi, ampliate magari l'offerta offrendo smart tv o quantomeno con netflix, sarebbe adatto al tipo di categoria di hitel e alle gigantesche televisioni messe nelle camere. Molto aporezzata la bottiglietta di acqua ogni giorno. I frigobar invece sono totalmente vuoti, forse anche quello potrebbe essere migliorato. Detto questo, ci si sta benissimo, hotel accogliente, ben tenuto e pulito, per cui lo consiglierei vivamente. La terrazza all'ultimo piano è bellissima e la vista merita. Di nuovo complimenti allo staff della reception e alle responsabili delle pulizie

Cons:

Tv enorme ma obsoleta, con 15 canali inutili. Frigobar vuoto. Colazione grande ma di qualità scarsa. Farei meno cose ma più curate e più buone. Non è al livello di un 4 stelle così ben tenuto.

This is my second time in 2 years of staying at the hotel, I would certainly consider staying again.

Pros:

Localizacao . Limpeza nos quartos e em todo hotel.
Funcionários atenciosos e simpaticos.
Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Ótima ducha.
O hotel nos ofereceu uma garrafa de vinho espumante pela nossa estadia.Otima surpresa. Gostamos muito. Agradecemos muito.

Cons:

Num dia ocorreu que era impossível acessar o wi-fi no quarto. So era possível acessar estando no lobby do hotel. Reclamamos e o problema foi solucionado no dia seguinte.
Houve uma paralisação de um dos elevadores por algumas horas. Após a regularização, nos pareceu que os elevadores estavam mais lentos( vários hóspedes preferiam usar as escadas.)
Apesar destes problemas ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no hotel

Good location / nice hotel / pity no AC in March !
Pros:

Location fabulous! Staff very accommodating. Didn’t use the pool but looked good.

Cons:

Ripped off by cab -40 euro from airport to hotel. Returned via Uber for 13 euro! My biggest concern about the hotel is the AC ( or lack thereof in the winter months ) so we were there early March and no AC that’s only switched on in summer - thus should have been explained on the website or at the time of booking. Room hot . Open windows but was so noisy couldn’t sleep. Staff arranged fan for me and a bottle of bubbles to say sorry - offered to move me to another room but I didn’t see the point.
