Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Zuffenhausen

Room was clean and well decorated, no hot water all weekend, car parking was outrageously expensive ay 16.50 euro, and restaurant not open in evening, breakfast also ridiculously expensive also.

Stayed for weekend, good price but no hot water all weekend, no room cleaning all weekend worth talking about, no tea just coffee and fruity tea in bedroom, restaurant not open, 16.50 per night to park car, and surly staff, not great but room was overall nice

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Expensive breakfast, nice deli down the road a much cheaper option.

This hotel feels like a total scam and should be closed. You pay 70 euro's for a cold shower and you get no help at the reception. They now about the issue but didn't do anything about it for over a month.

There is some quite good things in this hotel, breakfast and staff. Big minus for the staff that, they do not say the guests - run from here. I cancel your reservation and find another.
We have arrived on hot day it was 33-35 C outside, the same in the room and no even simple ventilation. We opened window, but there was no wind and since no ventilation it didn’t helped, though tobacco smell from the outside bar tables was in the air.
This hotel should be closed at least.

Very loud music all night long with a festival in the city, no fault of the hotel but we didn’t get any sleep

Hotel is in a nice quiet location with a 10min walk to Porsche museum & train station.
Also a 5min walk to supermarket. Breakfast has a good selection from cereals to hot cakes to eat.
Room is clean with only negative experience is the hot water runs out by 9pm.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Porsche factory and/or Museum. It’s a 6 minute walk. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked. We appreciated the extra pillow.

The breakfast brunch was delicious.

The only suggestion would be to have basic toiletries for sale with the other items at the front desk

I spent only one night in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is not the best. Public transport is accessible, but there are only a few restaurants in the area.

The bar of the hotel offered only drinks, the menu contained only pizzas, but they didn't make it on the day when I stayed there.

The room was OK, I had a good sleep there

Excellent hotel at a very good price. Breakfast was particularly good and everywhere was clean and tidy.

As a gold member I was refused to check-in around 13h30, the reception staff has even not even check the status of the rooms. I haven't never encountered this before globally.

Room was very small and dark and had limited facilities. The hotel is a reasonable walk to the nearest S-Bahn station. Breakfast is an additional 21 Euros per person, which for a continental breakfast in a budget hotel was a bit pricy compared to other hotels stayed in during trip to Germany. There is no restaurant in the hotel and there was only a small Italian restaurant within walking distance. Probably would look at staying somewhere else if visiting Stuttgart again.

Excellent location relative to the Porsche Museum…better than expected! Staff were fantastic. Great value. I would stay there again without hesitation.

There is a smell of cigarettes in the hallway.
Also, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I requested a hotel room change, and the staff kindly changed it for me.

Close to Porsche museum, with supermarket around. My room doesn't have air conditioning but is manageable at night. Good value for money.
