Excellent, friendly staff, good facilities and super dog friendly.
Electric car chargers were not working, but maybe not the hotel's fault. They did direct us to other chargers nearby.

the staff were so polite and helpful & made our stay even better. Very attentive. Love the spa facilities that we had access to prior to our room being ready. Checkout as well being 11am made such a difference!

The food was exceptional and the staff were faultless!
Everything was spot on,the only thing I can complain about was the steam room wasn't as warm as I was wanting,but other than that everything was 👌🏻!

Pure peace and relaxation. The staff were very friendly adding to an enjoyable stay. The pool and spa are excellent. Facial from Freya was a real treat.

very quiet. no children and very clean.
I have no cmplaints with anything. Room clean, having bath robes allowed us to pull on bathing costume, and hotel bath robe on top. Saved us having to dress and then undress. Tea and coffee tray , plus goodies, is a very kind gesture, having travelled from Glasgow, it was a real treat.
