Pros:

This time the accommodation was for my Mother. However we have stayed at this Hotel on several occasions.
Always an excellent choice for the Stellenbosch area.

Gutes Frühstück mit Buffet und sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Anlage und Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen und antik. Badezimmer und Toiletten, speziell im Resrroom nicht so sauber.

Schöne Lage mit Mängeln des Managements
Pros:

Schöne Lage mit altem Baumbestand, direkt in einem Weingut. Nahe am Flughafen. 30 Minuten

Cons:

Man muss das Gepäck selbst vom Auto bis zum Zimmer schleppen und das sind 250 Meter. Das Zimmer ist einrichtungsmässig in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Nicht ok ist, dass Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse nicht gereinigt sind, in schlechtem Zustand und der Aschenbecher nicht geleert. Zimmer 38

Most enjoyable
Pros:

Amazing venue with very friendly staff, especially the receptionist / host upon arrival. The environment was peaceful and most enjoyable. The tomato soup was probably the best we have ever had!

Cons:

The room was a little small, but nothing to be negative about, I would just ask specifically for a larger room next time.

Peaceful quality hotel that ticks most boxes
Pros:

A lovely hotel full of charm and tasteful finishes. Wonderful views, great restaurant and a quality breakfast. Really comfy beds and linen. Really relaxing place, charming staff, spot on on many levels.

Cons:

Could be a bit closer to Stellenbosch

Pros:

Lovely view from relaxing patio area. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Too expensive for the facilities. Not much grounds to walk around despite being surrounded by vineyard. I have had better breakfast in hotels half the price.

Very enjoyable and relaxing supported by extremely helpful staff
Pros:

Location, very peaceful. Supportive staff when not at breakfast

Cons:

Service at breakfast was very chaotic on 2 of the 4 mornings we stayed there. We were frequently given incorrect drinks and often these were in paper cups as china cups had run out. This is not what I would expect from such a lovely hotel

Bestes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in StellenBosch
Pros:

Das Hotel in seiner gesamten Anlage ist ein Juwel und ein Blick zurück ins letzte Jahrhundert.
Sehr gute Küche, englische Einrichtung und sehr nettes Personal in einer sehr idyllischen Lage.
