Pros:

Location was good, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. Not properly prepared and almost no choices. The only meat was in the gravy. The rooms are clean but very old and worn. They can do with a makeover and some TLC.

Normally our favorite place to stay in Rapid City but not this time.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Our room was good sized.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t vacuumed. Previous guests socks were on the floor. No liners in trash can and trash on the floor. Shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were empty. Elevators floors had puddles in them from the kids going to and from the pool.

Simple and helpful. Good hospitality.
Pros:

Very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and understanding. The breakfast was also nice and tasty with different options. They don’t add sugar to the oatmeal which I appreciate a lot.

Cons:

Everything was fine except for a very vague odor on the first floor that I couldn’t really identify, but it was also nothing that particularly stood out to me. This hotel was pretty good value for the money.
