Convenient to interstate, but quiet!
Pros:

Clean! Great price.

Cons:

3 of 4 had issues with their room keys, but the front desk sent someone up to help - she had problems too, but a couple minutes later got all 3 to work.

We enjoyed the hot tub, but we will never stay there again.
Pros:

The hot tub in our room was very nice.

Cons:

The bed was the worst that we have ever experienced in a hotel. It was the hardest mattress, felt like we were lying on a hard floor. We almost checked out in the middle of the night because of the lack of comfort.

I loved my room. It was the nicest place I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

I really liked the room. It felt like home. The beds were comfy. The design was good. Loved the shower.

Cons:

That there was no alarm clock and that there was no stool in the shower.

The Jacuzzi

Cons:

Leek from upstairs wet socks and wet carpet. Guy wanted to fix when trying to sleep. Breakfast was terrible. No meat and powdered eggs. took 10 minutes to be checked in the phone call was more important! Not Friendly! Window leaked so I was cold all night, not a good experience!

Pros:

Location was good, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. Not properly prepared and almost no choices. The only meat was in the gravy. The rooms are clean but very old and worn. They can do with a makeover and some TLC.

Normally our favorite place to stay in Rapid City but not this time.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Our room was good sized.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t vacuumed. Previous guests socks were on the floor. No liners in trash can and trash on the floor. Shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were empty. Elevators floors had puddles in them from the kids going to and from the pool.
