Pros:

I had prepaid for the rooms but they charged me again, fortunately the staff were very helpful in getting me a quick refund after I found my receipt

Bed bugs, beware. Great breakfast, excellent staff.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was kind and professional

Cons:

Bed bugs. I got bitten and doctor diagnosed. The hotel should make better inspections, given its location and huge turnover. The room was also stuffy. My vote was 4/10 only because of the great breakfast and the wonderful staff.
