L’emplacement
J’ai besoin d’une facture pour ma société et ma première fois je ne reçois pas email qu’une partie de la facture. Après réclamation une personne s’engage à me renvoyer la facture. Toujours pas. Je demande à nouveau à une autre personne l’accueil qui me garantie m’envoyer la facture….toujours pas reçue à date et impossible de joindre l’accueil par téléphone. Personne ne répond. Service pas digne d’une enseigne Mercure.
