Its location was fantastic.
stayed there for 1 night on 11th July 2026. paid extra for am upgrade room. Expecting no carpet in the room. but that request was disregarded. Not even an apology. The room they gave us was unacceptable. Small room. one towel.2 pillows although we requested 2 each. it was more set up for a member of staff bedroom than for guests. it was set up for a single person. there were no facilities or information as you would expect a guest to receive. ie mealtimes fire exit sighs. The bathroom had holes in the bath panels. and the bathroom floor.i did complain to the hotel staff at reception but they couldn't move us to another room as it was fully booked. was informed that although we paid for a room upgrade. it didn't include a non carpeted room as we didn't pay enough to receive that. we were not informed of this when we booked. what was the point of making requests on the booking form if nothing available. I sent an email to the hotel with my complaints including photos. I can send a copy to you. I have never to this day received a response from the management Have been totally ignored. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Disgusting and unprofessional treatment by the management

Unprofessional hotel manager. Reception staff asked me to e mail the hotel with my complaints. it would be forwarded to the hotel manager and he would respond. but nothing received.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Staff were attentive, professional and so helpful. Our 2 dogs were also well catered for.

Het ontbijt dat via Booking.com inbegrepen was, was zeer beperkt. Voor een fatsoenlijk ontbijt moesten we bijbetalen.
De badkamer was niet echt heel schoon en de temperatuur van de douche kon niet goed worden ingesteld, de douche was eigenlijk altijd te warm.
Het hele hotel geeft een beetje de indruk van 'vergane glorie'.
Perfect location
Continental breakfast, you only got to pick the one item off the menu , usually you help yourself to what you would like , had a cooked breakfast on our last day, was delicious, 11 pounds for 8 items
Very central on the main strip. Loads of shops for your needs (food, drink, clothes, technology etc)
The sockets are not modern as I had to buy a USB C plug to charge my phone but that is it.
