HELPFUL STAFF WHEN WE ARRIVED
VERY POOR BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE
Fantastic location. Lovely reception and friendly staff. Very clean.
Nice hotel, we had dinner in the bar one night it was very good. Great location in town, with hotel parking.
Our room faced the Main Street in town and it was noisy at night, room was warm and comforter was too heavy. Breakfast was good, but selection was minimal.
Location
The hot water takes a bit of time to come to temp.
Friendly staff
False advertising on breakfast included.
location and catering
nothing
The hotel is centrally located, with the Cathedral only a few minutes’ walk away.
The staff were all wonderful: everyone was very friendly, warm, efficient, extremely professional and they made our stay very enjoyable.
The food was excellent. We were obliged to eat in the bar because we had our dog with us and were not permitted in the dining room, but were given the same menu and enjoyed a first class dinner with attentive service.
Breakfast was equally good.
Comfortable, spacious, well appointed room and bed with pleasant interior design.
The bathroom, where more and bigger shelves would have been useful, and a mixer tap preferable.
The shower was quite complicated to operate.
It worked for me, but my husband couldn’t get the hot water to work and ended up having a bath instead.
Das Personal war sehr gut
Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt,
Das Frühstück war das schlechteste was ich jemals hatte
Reception were so helpful & polite & funny too..The room was lovely..Apart from the view..Very clean.Apart from a problem with the tap. The food was lovely although a little expensive. But it is a Tourist area..The Guy who first served me in the Restaurant was very good I was the only one there so had a bit of a laugh..He will know who he is..I have to say the lift is very small .For someone who hates lift..But help was on hand I was told I would be rescued as I said I may get stuck..All tongue in cheek...
Oh just the view
It’s location
The fact the room backed on to a bar which was playing loud music will into the evening
