My assisted room was huge and very comfortable all the facilities were excellent
Unfortunately woken at 6 each morning by biffa bins being moved. Also we didn’t like the way breakfast is organised its not a buffet and you had to pay extra for cooked one

La ubicación es maravillosa porque está en pleno centro en la calle principal y tanto el personal como el desayuno muy bueno.
En mi caso, la habitación no me gustó nada, no tiene el nivel de una habitación superior. En mi caso, había daños en la habitación y la ventana no se abría. En todo momento lo que funcionaba era el aire acondicionado, que el ruido era horrible día y noche. No había ventilación natural.
The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect
The continental breakfast was very poor, while having the cooked breakfast meant paying £11 extra on top of what was paid on the room for the breakfast. The shower was poor: with no instructions on how to use it, the markings on the control faded and water took a long time to warm up. Also the choice of not having a small fridge meant that bringing drinks back was not a viable option.
We have previously stayed here on numerous occasions, this time the bar area was almost empty, the rooms were tired, we were unfortunately placed near the Gym/meeting rooms so it had constant traffic/footfall so not relaxing.

9.30pm 18th July Young girl maybe 19 to 20 long thick black hair absolutely rude as hell to me at the bar , only asked for milk and sugar in my americano and shouts I had to specify beforehand and then comes back , bangs it on the counter with even more rude backchat .
