Ist mein Lieblingshotel in Deutschland. Keine Mogelpackung wie in den meisten deutschen Hotels. Super Betten, Super Personal, tolles langes Frühstück, Sauna, Pool, Massage, alles was das Herz begehrt!

Huonoin kohtelu mitä ikinä on sattunut.

Huonoin huone maksoi yli 200 €

Ei otettu huomioon asiakkaan pyyntöjä??
Yritin vaihtaa päivä määrää yli 3 kk varauksesta mutta hotellille ei muka sopinut yli 25 viestiä ei vastausta 26 viesti päivämäärän vaihto hyväksyttiin. Tulimme hotelille päivää ennen ja otimme huoneen ja varauksemme 5.03-.6.03 oli voimassa josta maksoimme 160€ ennakkoon.
Jouduimme luovuttamaan huoneen 05.03.2026 klo 23.00 josta laitoin aikaisemmin viestejä mutta hotellin Mari team ei antanut vastausta.
Eli maksoimme 1.5 vuorokaudesta 362 €
Se tuntuu kohtuuttomalta.
Emme tarvitse enää kyseisen hotellin palvelululsia ja tulen kertomaan kaikille huonosta kokemuksesta ja jne.
Tuntui että meitä kohdeltiin väärin???
Lukekaa aikaisemmat viestini vaikka nyt jälkikäteen toivottavasti kukaan muu ei kokosi samaa vääryyttä kuin me.
