Wonderful overall and the location was amazing!
Pros:

Love the food, pool, and staff helping with food and orders

Cons:

The front receptionist was rude when my family was checking in, put them in the wrong room and gave keys that didn’t work. We were there for my wedding and a lot of family stayed at the hotel (30 people) would have hoped they would be a little more accommodating

Una buena opción en Copacabana
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, las instalaciones limpias, el personal amable y las habitaciones amplias.

Cons:

El precio del desayuno es muy elevado y más teniendo en cuenta todas las opciones alrededor. La terraza no se ve como en las fotos.
