Localização extraordinária, mas precisa de atenção na limpeza e higiene das instalações

Localização extraordinária

Elogio a simpatia e profissionalismo do funcionário Arlindo no Hall de entrada do hotel.

Cons:

De forma geral, o hotel deixa a desejar na higiene e limpeza de suas instalações, mas o interior do armário do quarto estava sujo e com muito mofo.
Outro ponto muito negativo é a desconfiança em relação aos hóspedes, ao cobrar aluguel pelo uso de talheres e pratos no serviço de quarto.

Pros:

Excelente estancia, pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia en el Windsor Excelsior Copacaba, con buena ubicación, frente a la playa.
Habitaciones limpias y espaciosa, buen servicio, wifi aceptable y buena atención. La corriente de 220v y 110v. Los enchufes tipo americano y portugués. La piscina pequeña pero agradable, con buenas vistas a la playa. Restaurantes cerca y variedad para escoger. El Check In es a las 15:00. Si uno llega temprano puede dejar sus maletas en guardería gratis. (Como en nuestro caso. Llegamos a las 11:30. Dejamos nuestras maletas y salimos a recorrer la playa, avenidas y almorzar). El hotel ofrece Toallas de cortesía para llevar a la playa.
Solo queda agradecer al hotel Windsor Excelsior por su buena atención a sus clientes. Espero volver pronto.

Poderiam tentar modernizar um pouco, o hotel é bem antigo. Mas no geral é limpo e os funcionários são ótimos!
Só gestão: poderiam oferecer tapiocas no café da manhã ;)
