La ubicación es excelente y la atención del personal también es muy buena, las personas son muy amables en su servicio, en especial personas como Victor, entre otros.
En el hotel hay serios problemas de conectividad a internet, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación por ello después de solicitar apoyo con esto al menos 3 veces; el precio de los desayunos es bastante elevado en comparación a los restaurantes y cafés cercanos de la zona; la vista de nuestra habitación era terrible, incluso un poco deprimente; y la persona que realizaba las actividades de aseo de nuestra habitación a veces dejaba nuestra prendas como pijamas tiradas sobre las mesas. Considero que es un hotel de un nivel un poco más promedio de lo que se muestra en booking.

A localização é muito boa, no centro de Copacabana. Muitas opções em torno.
O quarto tem bom tamanho e espaço para malas.
Lençóis e toalhas não são de muito boa qualidade. São razoáveis apenas.
