Pros:

la atencion del personal fue lo mejor, la calidad de su gastronomía y la limpieza constante, muy buen servicio

Cons:

el desayuno no tenia una gran variedad de opciones pero cumplía, y los pisos de las habitaciones, resultaba difícil no sentir arena a pesar de que estaba limpio, el aspecto general del hotel es poco moderno pero se mantiene en buenas condiciones. lo que no me gustó nada es que los televisores no eran smart, el resto ok.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in
Pros:

Great view, immaculately clean. Well trained staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Systems work well and everyone is helpful and polite. Really loved the information sheets given on checking in and the night before checkout. Very helpful.

Personal muy amable y atento, pero nadie en recepción hablaba español y no nos asignaron habitacione

Fue una experiencia excelente, el personal fue sumamente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a anticipar mis necesidades.

Cons:

Durante nuestra estadía, notamos que en la recepción del hotel no había personal que hablara español, solo portugués. Esto, en ocasiones, dificultó la comunicación y la comprensión de algunos aspectos importantes durante el check-in y otras gestiones. Consideramos que, de los tres empleados en recepción, al menos uno debería poder atender en español, ya que es un idioma ampliamente hablado por los huéspedes de la región.
En cuanto a las habitaciones, habíamos reservado dos: una para adultos y otra para nuestros hijos. En hoteles anteriores, siempre nos habían asignado habitaciones contiguas, e incluso algunas veces con puerta de comunicación para mantener a la familia cerca, algo que resulta fundamental cuando se viaja con niños de 13 y 10 años. En esta ocasión, a pesar de haberlo solicitado tanto en la reserva como al momento del check-in, no fue posible estar juntos. Aunque es un detalle pequeño, para nosotros es muy importante poder estar cerca de nuestros hijos durante la estadía.

Pros:

The location is right on the beach, with a great view from the small rooftop pool. We ordered room service one evening and it was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean, we got lucky with having a nice ocean view. It was easy to Uber places from the hotel. We were able to store our bags safely on the day we checked out.

Cons:

For such a level of hotel, I would have expected the coffee capsules in the room to be free of charge, as well as some free water provided. That’s not the case. The pool area could do with having more lounge chairs.

Really lovely...
Pros:

Reception staff and restaurant are really friendly and efficient. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop pool and bar and being right on the beach front was great.

Cons:

The location is great for experiencing the famous beach. But the area itself did not feel safe.

Getting into the room was troublesome, with our keys that consistently did not work, though reception kept giving us new key cards.
