Habitación 310
Pros:

Habitación 310, buena ubicación, atención bastante agradable por parte de las chicas de recepción. Flexibilidad para chek-in.

Cons:

Ascensor diminuto y lento. Eché de menos tener una manta en la habitación. Cuando iba a hacer el check-in había una señora bebida molestando e impidiendo que pudiese hacer lo propio a las trabajadoras, no era clienta, lo pregunté. Eché de menos alguien de seguridad para esos casos incómodos, las chicas lo gestionaron muy bien.

Personal restaurante y habitación de 10
Pros:

Nos alojamos mi pareja mi bebé y yo y desde el primer momento sobre todo el personal de restauración, súper profesionales y encantadores , Olga , merci, increíbles , atentas para todo y súper amables , había una chica con gafitas más joven que también era muy profesional no recuerdo su nombre , la habitación suite junior, limpia y amplia . En la recepción un señora rubia de unos cuarenta y tantos muy profesional. En definitiva volveríamos .

Cons:

El parking , horroroso , una ratonera sin salida , 7 plazas (según el hotel ) pero cuando hay 5 coches aparcados es casi imposible salir ni maniobrar , de un solo sentido y súper estrecho , 22 euros para pasarlo mal , punto muy desfavorable , nos quejamos y solo lo tuvimos esa noche , la contestación de una de las chicas fue: haber aoaracado ahí fuera . Palabras textuales . No nos cayó bien desde el primer momento esta chica , y luego tuvo un detalle feo de mandar a una camarera a llamarnos para pagar una factura que ya habíamos intentado pagar antes pero nos dijeron que no nos preocupáramos y lo pagásemos al final , nos hizo sentir incómodos ante esa situación .
