The location of being near the beach is great!
Woken up at 7am from very loud construction next door and opposite too. Our room lost power and didn’t regain it for over one hour. The bathroom flooded when we took showers and the aircon doesn’t cool the room for a very long time.

There is construction everywhere around the apartments and it is very unclean... desperately needs a refurbishment

I had wonderful stay! Tuan is a sweetest host, even he moved me to another room immediately when I told that I can hear construction, after I was able to sleep properly! Gonna stay here again!

* The staff were friendly and supportive. They lent us an umbrella and allowed us to bring rented bikes from outside into the house.
* Great location, only 10 minutes from the beach, with many eateries and convenience stores nearby.
* Comfortable bed.
* The room came with a refrigerator and washing machine.
The sink was clogged and the water wouldn’t drain before I arrived. I asked them to fix it, but it still wasn’t resolved, which was inconvenient.
It takes a long time for the AC to cool the room.
The washing machine needs cleaning; it’s full of residue buildup from the wastewater.
The staff were very friendly, and we even got our laundry done for free. The bed was soft, and everything worked as it should.
We stayed on the first floor, so there was a lot of noise from construction work. They started around 6 AM and continued until about 10 PM. However, that is not the hotel’s fault.

A localização é perfeita. Eu consegui fazer tudo à pé. Há restaurantes, cafés, clinicas estéticas e a praia há poucos metros de distância. O apartamento é totalmente equipado. A faxineira limpa e trás agua potável todos os dias. O Wi fi funcionou perfeitamente.
O ar condicionado estava com defeito e fazia um barulho enorme. Mas um técnico foi chamado para resolver. Apesar de haver janelas corta ruidos, quando fui, haviam 3 construcoes simultaneas, em frente e nos dois lados do predio. Então isso me incomodou um pouco.

It was fine. There was construction nearby, but my room was at the back, so I didn’t notice that much. Not the host’s fault, of course.
