Near the beach, a good walk but there were so many food and spa places around.

Cons:

Stairs were narrow but there was an elevator so not really a problem. There was noise from the construction next door during the day.

Pros:

Very close to the beach, good wifi, comfortable bed, spacious room, good housekeeping service.

Cons:

The apartment is surrounded in construction sites (seemed to be a widespread thing in Da Nang so perhaps unavoidable) and was very loud from 6-7am until sometimes later into the evening - this is not something that can be helped by the hotel staff but worth noting that good earplugs are necessary.
The pictures didn’t quite match reality - in the photo it looked like there would be a city view from the room, however my room just faced a wall and looked into someone else’s apartment.
There were a lot of mosquitos and other bugs (including cockroaches) which made their way into the room during my stay.
Some furnishings were in need of a deep clean.

Chưa có vòi rửa chân ở chân khách sạn, đi tắm về không làm sạch cát được trước khi lên phòng!
