Room 121 - With courage I tried this hotel because it was close to my work. The FDC was nice helped me check in. Rooms were clean but it smelled a bit which I was expecting anyway. Overall it's ok experience

I used to stay at this place as it had a cheaper weekly rate back in 2017. Today, I am chose to stay as it was cheaper than any of the other hotels and I have certainly paid the price for it in other ways! The rooms are bare, completely untucked. They dont come with towels or hygeine essentials as other hotels do. And the absolute worst part of the entire deal is the very unwelcoming and rude woman/Male person who works the night desk! My room didnt come with a microwave, so I went to the desk around midnight to hear up some food I had brought with me. Upon asking about a microwave, I was told "that should have been a priority " to me when I first rented the room. So I attempted to buy a pop tart from It since there was nothing around the business open, and after 3 attempts to tell the thing which one I wanted, it seemed to reach for the correct box, and upon reaching my room I found she had given me the same one I had twice already refused from it. So I returned the poptart to it, and went to sleep. Upon attempting to renew my stay the next morning, it told me I was lucky it was even thinking about renewing my stay, I swallowed my pride and apologized and smiled at it, and it told me I was MOCKING it with my smile. As I am typing this, I am currently waiting to see the manager. Although I hope the manager is a bit more congenial, I have no faith in anything in this hotel being above the subpar standards they seem to have accepted for themselves in the last couple of years. Customer service certainly isn't what it used to be!

I refused to stay - it was NASTY ! smelled bad, everything in bad condition...basically a crack house

The roaches told all you need to know. The housekeeper was friendly but the roaches didn't even wait until dark to come on out.

It was dirty, with hair in the bathtub. No towels or bathroom products.

The pool was nice my kids had a blast and we loved the fact it was a heated pool the rooms need some work

Cockroaches all over the room and in the bed
Dirty towels and stains on the sheets and burned blank
Dirty sink and bathtub
Holes in the walls
So many things wrong with this motel. It should be closed.

I had a terrible experience. Room was dirty, roaches in bathroom, drywall damaged. I refused to stay and immediately asked for a refund.

Nasty, bed bugs, bugs in general holes on on sheets, stinks has a bad smell. I took pictures of the bed bugs on my bed and my daughter bed when I woke up at 2:00am because I was scare to stay in that place. I would not recommend anyone to stay in that place I would tell them to run..

This hotel is horrible i will never go back; they had dirty sheets, blankets and the room had roaches. Not only that thr staff there harasses too much i was not able to sleep bed was off the rails very uncomfortable stay.

When I first got to the room, there was a used bar of soap in the sink. I couldn't turn the TV off (it was on when I got in the room), so I had to unplug it. And there were no towels, or paper cups, or hair dryer. The couch had the cover on one arm all torn off so I could see the batting. When I went to the front desk she gave me a second remote to shut off the TV, took 3 towels out of the dryer for me and gave me some cups and more soap. There was a pile of towels sitting on top of the washing machine that was in clear view from the lobby. When I returned at 11:00 pm to the room, there were three bugs (about the size of ants) by the light switch at the door. In the morning after I was out of the shower, later I looked back at the bath tub and there was a cockroach in the tub. As I was ready to leave the room, I lifted up the spread and saw another bug on the sheets.I am attempting to add the photo of the bug, not sure what it was? When I showed it at the front desk, she explained that there were woods all around and made it seem like that was a good excuse. She told me that she was not able to issue me a refund. This was the worst room that I have ever stayed in and I am 75 years of age. I have a picture of the bug that was on my sheet and that I took to the front desk, I have in on email, but I don't know how to add to this review! A very Dissatisfied Customer!! Chuck

This was the worst stay at a hotel I ever experienced one word to describe it is horrible.

Convenient for travel to stores / food .Friendly staff

The rooms were not clean had to change rooms twice. The couch in one room was tore up and stunk. The other room had roaches.

This place was gross. I was handed towels when I checked in. Most towels are white these were dingy gray. The carpet in the room wasn't clean. Lots of crap on the floor and along the edges of the walls. I didn't dare pull the covers back or sleep in the bed. I was too scared of what I would find. The grass around the property wasn't cut and there was a broken down riding mower and some other miscellaneous junk on the corner of the building. I appeared that this is where tje drug addicts or homeless people stay. I didn't feel safe and I don't recommend this place to anyone. As soon as the sun came up I was out of there. I didn't even bring in my suitcase or use the shower. The only thing I used was the toilet which surprisingly was equipped with a dual flush and the sink. No soap was provided either. In my honest opinion I couldn't even give this place a full star rating maybe 1/4 star rating only because of the price. If you are looking for a clean aafe hotel this isn't the one for you. Well on the day I went it was horrible maybe they do better for other people.
