Family swim times are between 09:00 and 20:00. Last entry is at 19:15. Due to health and safety restrictions adult to child ratios apply in the swimming pool.

The location was good really nice bar
Did not like that it was a 45 minute tying constraint on the spa. The beds were super uncomfortable like sleeping on a concrete slab. The hotel was noisy in the Knight need to work on soundproof in the rooms.
The little fish pond outside and the pool area was okay
It’s very dated no balcony the windows don’t open not great value for money considering the resort would of been cheaper and is way better
Room size
The unexpected EXTRA £15 for parking AND £50 room deposit, Which NINE days later still hasn't been REFUNDED.

Cleanliness and comfort of room
The bathroom set up, the bath and toilet together. I couldn’t adjust the shower temperature very easily. There was no lock on the door and the sink was a separate commodity
Did not have breakfast. The main area of the hotel was well appointed and comfortable. The rooms however were disappointing. The only way of obtaining any privacy was by drawing the curtains and on a beautiful summers evening this was not an ideal solution.

Clean and great value for money.

At the reception Adeola was an absolute gem and then in the banquet area Tracy was amazing and her supervisor was amazing. The staff at the gym and swimming pool were snobbish and takes some of the shine off the standards others set unfortunately.
The crew manning the gym and swimming pool area needs some training for sure.
