Lovely place. Personally don’t think its worth the price you pay

Was disappointed with the customer service.

Location is easy to get and the cleanliness

Cons:

The pool wasn’t working and only to be told when we arrived which could have been communicated when booking, was told to drive to a sister hotel to use the spa facilities which was an inconvenience. The restaurant was also closed that night and wasn’t told when we checked in, only overheard this when they were telling other guests on our way out. You could order at the bar and the person serving there was hardly there, waited for nearly 10mins for them to come to the bar.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Room wasn't very clean, ie Haribo sweets behind the door and under the bed. Stained carpets.
