Family swim times are between 09:00 and 20:00. Last entry is at 19:15. Due to health and safety restrictions adult to child ratios apply in the swimming pool.

Love the location and the hotel. Always feel safe and the rooms are so comfortable, always guaranteed a good night sleep.
The stain on the carpet, the room didn’t have any towels and I had to ring reception for them. Also didn’t like the fact that housekeeping knocked on my door wanting to clean my room at 08.50hrs when checkout is advertised as 11am.

Could of provided water for the kettle in room and food menu could have more dairy free options and meat free options very limited for me

Hotel staff specifically at the reception could have been more welcoming and friendly
Loved the swimming pool and gym. Was at a nice location, close to train station. Staff were very helpful. Especially Evan, who advised us about the football traffic and what time to leave hotel to get to the match on time. He also upgraded one of our rooms due to a confusion on my part on booking which im very grateful for. Also a shout out to vlad the maintenance guy, for going out of his way to help us.
Beautiful hotel
Didn’t have a lift was on 1st floor with a 6 months old baby and at to carry buggy up and down the stairs every time we went out
