Family swim times are between 09:00 and 20:00. Last entry is at 19:15. Due to health and safety restrictions adult to child ratios apply in the swimming pool.
A minimum age restriction of 16 years old applies to the use of the Sauna, Steam Room and Spa Bath.
To avoid disappointment is advisable to pre-book any dining requirements prior to your stay as the property cannot guarantee there will be availability in the restaurant at check in.

Quite a tired old property and bedrooms gloomy with poor lighting. Self service breakfast was ok.
Rats in the car park! Quite expensive.
My granddaughter is 12 and she was not allowed in the jacuzzi.
Well located close to Motorway to Cardiff . Yet well sound proofed with secure parking .
Staff were exceptional . As when we had a small problem with light bulbs that couldn’t be resolved they offered us a new room and upgrade immediately .
Nice to be able to find food and a bar still open when string after a long journey. Swimming pool a real treat and everywhere was super clean .

It is a lovely safe space for me to bring my daughter as a treat.
I didn't realise you stopped putting bottled water in the rooms, only found this out when my daughter wanted a drink before bed and we had to get dressed and go to the bar for one.

Pool was out for maintenance and the only reason we booked here.
Extortionate amount for parking on top of an already excessively overpriced room. This hotel is just off the M4 and offered nothing to warrant the price of the room or parking.
