Great location, amazing value and comfortable.
Pros:

It was well appointed and clean for the price

Cons:

I paid for breakfast for my adult children with their rooms however my daughters card was charged as well when she checked into her room using the self service check in

Liverpool trip with my son
Pros:

The pool was great. We were in the pool 3 times and we loved it.

Cons:

Location was a bit further out than first thought but we really enjoyed the time spent in the hotel. Great for watching the sport and food was gorgeous. If you don't want to be in the hussle and bussle of the city center this is a perfect spot to stay. Newsagents just around the corner which was convenient.

Loverly hotel with excellent staff .
Pros:

Lovely hotel with excellent staff in all areas but specifically Pati on reception who was just wonderful, helpful and patient while helping me get on the App ( I’m a real Luddite ) . The bar staff in the pub and the basement party area were just great too. Highly recommended.

I left my purse in the room and a very kind member of staff, went out of his way to get it to me. His name is David and he has worked with the hotel 30 years. He was a true life saver and I couldn’t believe how kind he was. Many thanks to him and you

Other than the start the stay was very nice and breakfast was also good
Pros:

Our first room was left with dirty underwear but the staff upgraded our room straight away and apologised and handled the situation great

The first room other than that the stay was excellent
