Everything just did not like the noise being in 101
room was basic nice size clean bed comfy
breakfast had to wait quite a while at times for stuff to be replenished
Lovely clean hotel, the staff are lovely and make you feel welcome. As a solo traveller I have always felt safe. The gym was clean with plenty of machines.
Food in the bar was lovely and great choice inc healthy choices.
Location was convenient our to family visit. The external structure looks nice & parking is easy. That unfortunately was the only good part.
The toilet did not flush & they were unable to repair. No other room was available the first night. Moved to a different room in the morning. The shower didn't drain & the bathroom sink had slime around the drain. The restaurant has a nasty smell. The condition is way below expectations!
This hotel was lovely the staff went above and beyond we had a celebration balloon and a drinks voucher as it was mine and my partners anniversary (this was lovelyt) thankyou we cant wait tk return our room was spotless
It was well appointed and clean for the price
I paid for breakfast for my adult children with their rooms however my daughters card was charged as well when she checked into her room using the self service check in
I visited the gym today and wanted to say a huge thank you to Carolyn and Tracey who are usually on the desk being friendly and helpful, but today were scrubbing the toilets in the gym. Despite doing a really not very nice job, they were still full of smiles! The staff in the gym and restaurant/bar are what makes this gym so good.
