Text: I have always loved the Village hotels as they are easily accessible, parking is provided onsite and generally included on a business trip plus I have had access to the gym and pool.

I can’t fault the service I have received here from check-in , to the restaurant as well as room service. Everybody is so extremely smiley, welcoming helpful and they do go out of their way.

Patricia on reception was amazing and sorted me out with some decaffeinated coffee for my room, nothing was a problem to her and she genuinely loves to look after her customers, always approachable and smiling.

The bar and restaurant team have been amazing and room service was so fast and efficient.

Food has been served hot and it has been delicious too.

I cannot fault this hotel.

Recommendations would be to provide a few extra towels if here for a longer stay as well as decaffeinated coffee and tea as I would always drink this on an evening.

A wonderful stay. The team is very welcoming. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautiful. You can feel that the people care about this place and put their whole hearts into their work.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the use of the pool and the hot tub was an unexpected surprise. The location was great as Liverpool was a very short drive up the motorway. Despite it's location we couldn't hear the traffic from our room.

Staff were amazing. Patty put a balloon in my room as it was my birthday, Stacey lovely in the bar and grill. Sadly, the maids were noisy Sunday am banging doors. Maybe they forgot that not all guests check out Sunday morning. Location wise, a bit far from the town centre. Good value for money, really lovely hotel. 5 stars due to the amazing, attentive, staff!

I stay in this hotel many times and always have very good expiriance. Rooms very good and very plesent workers especially Pati. Pati you are the best..

Staying here every once in a while for work and always looked after by Patrycja, be it assistance with bookings, room or anything else.
Cosy rooms, good gym, nice food and good value.

I recently visited the village hotel and got excellent service from Sophie, even though it was busy still had time to speak to guest and make sure they had everything they needed, hotel a little dated but all staff friendly and make up for it

Well the pool was amazing and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu choices and great value for money. Chloe was very helpful and should receive a promotion for her customer service

Really nice stay on a trip for our father in law. Staff super helpful and cheery, particularly Patrycja. Gym and spa facilities were very welcome too.

Patrycja has that rare quality where you can tell she truly enjoys helping people. She is patient, attentive, and always smiling, even when reception is busy. Every question or request is handled with ease and care, and she makes everything feel effortless and stress-free. This is the kind of service you normally expect from a luxury hotel — absolute five-star service.

The way she communicates, listens, and treats guests reflects incredibly well on the hotel. Staff like Patrycja are the reason people enjoy their stay and want to return. She is a real asset to the Village Hotel Liverpool and clearly takes pride in what she does.

She genuinely deserves all the recognition and appreciation she can get. Hospitality needs more people like her, and I hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have someone like Patrycja on their team.
