Sıcak dalgası esnasında Paris'ta olduğumuz için en çok iyi çalışan klimayı sevdik, hatta geceleri kapatmamıza rağmen oda çok ısınmadı. Koridorlardaki içme suyu sebilleri de iyiydi, çok işimize yaradı. Check in saatimizden önce odayı almak da mutlu etti.

Cons:

Aslında bunu biliyorduk ama konum olarak çok merkezi değil ve sıcak havada metroya 15 dk yürümek zorlayıcı oldu. Yine de bir daha gitsem havanın bu kadar korkunç olmayacağını varsayarak bu lokasyonu değerlendirebilirim.

Grand difficulté avec la propreté. Salle du restaurant pas nettoyée, alors que nous étions en début de service.
nous sommes arrivés à 19h20 pour faire dîner notre fils de 21 mois. On nous a servi les pâtes de la veille avec du parmesan au dessus qui est un fromage non pasteurisé donc à risque. Mon époux a pris un plat comportant des noix ce qui n’était indiqué nulle part (la présence d’allergènes n’est indiqué nulle part). bonjour les risques de mise en œuvre de responsabilité.
Dans les couloirs donnant accès aux chambres : les plateaux repas ont laissés au sol toute la journée du samedi alors qu’il faisait chaud dans les parties communes.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel, il y a quelques années avec nos deux enfants nous avions beaucoup apprécié. L’accueil, la propreté ainsi que les équipements ont largement baissé en qualité.

Cons:

L’accueil était très désagréable. La dame à l’accueil quand nous sommes arrivés pour le checking, l’après-midi était très désagréable, visiblement très pressée, pas du tout souriante et très désagréable, alors que nous avons été polis et très courtois comme habituellement.

Quand nous sommes arrivés l’après-midi des plateaux repas étaient dans le couloir posé par terre. Et quand nous sommes rentrés le soir, les plateaux étaient toujours dans le couloir par terre. Des clients se sont également plaint de la saleté dans les couloirs et des plateaux qui traînaient apparemment depuis le matin. Les rideaux avaient des trous. Le papier toilette est de très mauvaise qualité et les toilettes étaient presque bouchées en mettant très peu de papier.
