Pros:

The hotel was fantastic and fully met my request for nearby, ground-floor rooms for my elderly parents. Our room had two queen beds, exactly as requested.

The hotel restaurant offers a very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at fair prices. We also appreciated the convenience of the bar attached to the hotel, where we could order food to take to our room outside of regular meal hours.

The pool and hot tub were at the ideal temperature and very clean.

Cons:

I would like to kindly share a couple of suggestions that I believe could further improve the guest experience.

First, it would be wonderful to have a simpler breakfast option at a more accessible cost, ideally included in the daily room rate. I believe this would be very well received by many guests and add great value to the stay.

Additionally, I noticed that there were dogs inside the pool area and freely walking around the hotel, including large dogs and dogs on leashes near the pool. I truly love pets, however, for hygiene and safety reasons, I believe the pool area should remain pet-free, and dogs in common areas should always be on a leash and limited to appropriate spaces.

A nice hotel in the middle of Vernon. Nice center courtyard with pool, restaurant and even a river, all indoors.
Pros:

Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub area. Interesting that a river runs through it. Lots of parking. Restaurant on site and convenient to many others. Reasonable rates.
