The hotel liked everything - very friendly staff, waiting for check ins in the lobby with tea and coffee. Especially enjoyed breakfast! Great pastry) Staff friendly and this guy at the breakfast reception - meets you with jokes, smiles, always remembers to order the day before Well done guys)

Hôtel très très bien situé au cœur de Rome. Très calme. Personnel très professionnel et attentif. Déjeuner excellent et très varié. Personnel particulièrement attentif. Très souriant et travaillant dans la bonne humeur

Repas du soir au restaurant de l’hôtel très décevant. Très loin de ce qui est annoncé. Surprenant pour un établissement de ce standing . Dommage. Service correct mais nourriture décevante. Plats servis tièdes. Portion maigre . Tiramisu qui n’a du tiramisu que le nom. Dommage

De l'emplacement aux personnels si aimables, souriants et aux petits soins, en passant par le petit-déjeuner, le rooftop et le SPA. Tout était parfait. Ma chambre côté cour offrait le calme malgré un emplacement très passant. L'hôtel est bien insonorisé, la salle de bain propre et très bien agencée. Le rooftop est magnifique et le choix du petit-déjeuner était varié et très bon.
Le personnels d'accueil, du spa et du petit-déjeuner étaient tous, sans exception, souriants, attentifs et vraiment agréables. J'ai rarement été aussi bien reçu dans un hôtel. L'Artemide n'a fait que rendre mon séjour à Rome encore plus parfait.

Pros:

The best hotel in Rome. Service is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Restaurant is very good ! They upgraded us it was great ! We will come back for sure.

Pros:

Friendly staff, the Brazilian front desk guy (sorry didn't catch the name) is the best, very funny and kind. Overall very good service, clean rooms, breakfast only $14 and it’s very good- lots of variety.

Absolutely perfect stay - staff were incredible and kind.
Pros:

It was in a perfect location and you could easily explore from any direction. The hotel was easy to navigate and the breakfast and rooftop bar was great. All staff were AMAZING and made us feel so welcome.

Não fica tão próximo dos pontos turísticos principais de Roma, sendo necessária uma caminhada razoável caso o faça à pé, apesar de ser próximo da estação de trem Termini e da estação do metrô.
