According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Up to 2 children until 16 years old can stay free when sharing beds with parents.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Reception looked amazing. Breakfast was ok.
Fraudulent advertising. Booked a superior queen bed plus sofa bed. Queen was a double bed. Argument to enforce minimum queen. They said the sofa bed plus the double bed make it a queen bed. Note - The 2 beds do not join together, as one is attached to a sofa chair. Then they said it was Booking.com fault. They decided to give us a complimentary upgrade to a king bed. The floor was water damaged with peeling floor boards. The walls had damage. The window opened to a wall. The passage had leaf litter. Room sign directions were hard to follow. The hotel did not have appropriate change and credited real 1 to the next visit, when it was real 1.40 owed. Not really concerned about the change, but where is the money actually going?
As acomodações e a localização são ótimas, o café da manhã também muito bom.
O térreo, onde estava meu quarto, tinha nos corredores um cheiro ruim, além disso a equipe no check-in e no check-out não foi muito simpática e receptiva. O Novotel peca demais em certas mesquinharias, solicitei um late check-out de uma hora, mas apesar de notoriamente o hotel estar longe de sua lotação, o atendente disse não ser possível. Por isso não sou fidelizado com o Novotel, por essas pequenas questões que acabam fazendo com que a gente tenha fidelidade com a empresa.
Adorei o quarto e cama, e principalmente o espaço, muito espaçoso e confortável. Adoramos também dos espaços para sentar e conversar, muito agradáveis.
Café da manhã faltou o cachorro quente que gosto muito. Acho que poderiam colocar no quarto que tem banheira como o nosso sabonete líquido para fazer espuma, não tinha nada com este objetivo.
Organizado mas sem manutenção
Cortinas rasgadas e não tinha shampoo no banheiro. Frasco vazio nos 5 dias. Restaurante com 1 funcionário atendendo pedidos e cobrando … 2h e meia para servir um prato de sopa.

Precisava modernizar alguns detalhes de conforto. E o preço é alto para o que dá.
O quarto é bom e o café da manhã é bem servido e saboroso. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e prestativos.
Falta um elevador na recepção, eu estava com uma mala grande e pesada, com material de trabalho, e tinha que subir de escada ou dar a volta pelo outro prédio para ter acesso a um, para mim não foi problema, mas pra PNE ou pais com carrinhos de dedes, se torna um transtorno. O carpete do corredor do 2° andar fede a mofo e urina.

Hotel aconchegante, com bom serviço de quarto. Atendentes costumam ser atenciosos e prestativos.
Considero que a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O quarto estava com um odor desagradável, considerei comprar produtos de limpeza pois fiquei com receio de usar o banheiro. Inclusive, o pano que cobria a cama estava sujo.
