Hotel der Extraklasse
Pros:

Alles, es war richtig schön, der Service die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Lage direkt am Marktplatz ist natürlich auch nicht zu übertreffen. Wir haben hier richtig ein paar schöne Tage verbracht.

Bellissimo soggiorno che ricordero
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica, sei direttamente nel centri romantico di Weimar. Hai un parcheggio direttamente dietro all’albergo. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, la nostra camera (superior) era molto grande e molto confortevole con vista sulla piazza del mercato, i letti super confortevoli. Un’esperienza bellissima era la colazione nel giardino: non solo c’erano tante prelibatezze di qualità ma anche un servizio perfetto ma anche uno staff super gentile.

Alles hat seine Zeit, dieses Hotel hat sie hinter sich.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und kompetente Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant am Abend. Eine gute Receptionistin , die beim checkout die Situation freundlich retten konnte. Das Hotel könnte ein Neustart und technischen Upgrade gebrauchen. Lebt von der Qualität der Vergangenheit.

Cons:

Zimmer hat keine funktionierende Klimaanlage und Zimmerwechsel wollte man nicht. Bei der Lautstärke dieser alten Anlage kann man nicht schlafen. Selbst Ausschalten ging nicht ohne alle Zimmer zu blocken.

Ein Hotel, bei dem das Personal noch den guten Ruf des Hauses übertrifft.
Pros:

Es war alles, wie man es vom ersten Haus am Platze, und dazu noch eines mit dieser Geschichte, erwartet. Überrascht hat uns allerdings das Personal im Frühstücksraum: am zweiten Morgen kannte man unsere Wünsche und hat sie uns direkt angeboten. Das ist mehr als nur freundliche Professionalität, das machen nur Mitarbeiter, die sich wirklich um ihre Gäste kümmern wollen.
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen - allein schon wg. dieses Personals.
