Cons:

kom til et værelse, hvor man havde "glemt" at skifte hovedpudebetrækket, der var hår på betrækket og det lugtede af et fremmed menneske. På tandkrusene på badeværelset var der tydelig blå mærker efter tandpasta. Gulvet bar tydelig præg af ikke at have været støvsuget.

Alles war tiptop, die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception waren sehr freundlich, besonders Alexane war super, zuvorkommend, nett, lächelnd, freundlich... 100 Punkte für sie!!!
Auch der junge Mann an der Bar am Sonntagmorgen (mit Bart) war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bravo für solche Mitarbeiter!

Cons:

So gut die beiden Damen an der Reception waren, so unfreundlich waren leider die Männer an der Reception am Samstagabend, besonders einer von beiden. Kein Lächeln, kein Wort zuviel, keine zuvorkommende Art. Frostig und recht mürrisch. Wenn Gäste auf solche Mitarbeiter treffen, vergeht ihnen eine gute Bewertung. Bitte bilden Sie diese Männer an der Reception aus, damit sie lernen, wie man mit Gästen umgeht. Alexane ist das grosse Beispiel, wie man es perfekt macht.

L'emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

Les chambres sont assez anciennes et très loin du standing attendu au vu du tarif payé. Quant au petit-déjeuner à 20 €, c’est clairement du vol.
