Pros:

The overall hospitality of the staff, they were all so friendly and eager to help. The food at the restaurant was really great.

Cons:

The elevator was not working and my elderly parent's rooms were on the 1st floor.

Was only there for a morning session. Didn't stay over at the hotel.

The lunch was excellent

Cons:

Sound system was not working as it should have. I also find it ridiculous that our company paid for the buffet lunch but staff were not allowed to take any left over food.

Pros:

Kind and friendly personel.
Clean room.
Nice bar, good service

Cons:

The aircondition didn’t work properly and couldn’t cool the room enough.
The buffet was disapointing overall. The green salad was good but the hot dishes were not good. Go for a la carte.
