When we got there, the staff at reception were rude n unwelcoming. There was an issue with our booking we had to wait for almost an hour for an issue to be resolved while i was tired from the driving. The dinner Thursday was bad. My pillowcovers were dirty. There was no kettle in my room 67 i needed to do a water bottle.
