It will be difficult to come back to ANEW if changes are not done.
Pros:

In general the food was not up to standard. Both dinner and breakfast. The buffet dinner on the night of the 19th May was terrible. In detail, the roast potatoes were cold and crispy and stale. The vegetables were overly cooked and cold. The chicken was badly cooked etc. A meal worth R375...this is too overpriced. Other patrons had similar complaints.
I raised this with Joshua, the Manager, and to my surprise he made a comment that he does not eat the food from that restaurant. The response from him as a Manager when asked how he was going to address this was a giggle. Having been in Cadle Suit, I expected more from ANEW.
