Con qualche conveniente, per il resto tutto bene
Pros:

Hotel ben posizionato, tranquillo.
Camera ottimale, bellavista.

Cons:

Servizio igienico: asciugamani predisposto per una persona, ma in realtà abbiamo prenotato per due.
In reception, abbiamo fatto richiesta del secondo asciugamano, ma il servizio non è stato effettuato

Pros:

Freundliches und ehrliches Personal. Ich habe meine Geldbörse vergessen und es hat nichts gefehlt. Vielleicht selbstverständlich jedoch nicht überall der Fall.

Chambre négligée, pas accueillante
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien complet avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

L'entretien de chambre est complètement négligé! Pour la plupart des choses il s'agit uniquement d'un nettoyage plus consciencieux, pour d'autres choses d'un simple petit investissement de la part de l'hôtel :
La tête de lit est complètement déchirée/craquelée, les 2 chaises sont couvertes de tâches brunes, les plinthes sont noires de poussière, le rebord de la fenêtre n’a pas été nettoyé correctement,le pot de savon de la salle de bains est couvert de tâches laissées par les précédents clients, les abat-jours des lampes de chevets sont également couverts de tâches brunes, la cuvette des toilettes est jaunie par le temps, à certains endroit le papier peint se décolle et les murs sont tachés par endroits.
Nous n'avions pas de rideaux blancs, ce qui fait que n'importe qui à l'extérieur peut voir à l'intérieur. L'intérieur de la prise à la salle de bains est extrêmement sale, les joints de la baignoires sont noires (au lieu de blanc), le pommeau de douche était plein de calcaire.
Tout cela rend la chambre peut accueillante.

Pros:

Die Zimmergröße war super und auch die Möglichkeit sich im EG aufzuhalten war gut mit einem Billardtisch.
Parkmöglichkeit die kostenfrei war, ist auch prima

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile gebucht und musste für eine minimale Ausstattung 30€ Kaution hinterlegen.
Auch für Spülutensilien musste ich erneut nachfragen, wie auch für Spülhandücher.

Die Lage, schnelle Verbindung mit den öffentl.Verkehrsmitteln.
Genügend Parkplätze. Im Hotel sehr ruhig. Gutes Frühstück u. das Personal dort sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Bad. Zwar sauber, aber zwischen den Fliesen u. Glasabtren nung Schimmel. Nach meiner Beschwerde hat der Handwerker etwas übertünscht. Es wäre zur ordentl. Entfernung zum Ausfall des Zimmers gekommen. Das Ersatzzimmer, das man mir angeboten hatte, war im Bad auch nicht viel besser.

Good hotel for one night stay
Pros:

The family room was spacious and the beds were comfortable! The hotel is 10 minutes by car from the city centre.

Cons:

The property is not well maintained (see picture) and some renovations are needed. The staff at the reception is not very polite. At the arrival they said nothing and gave us just the key.

Great for a short stay
Pros:

We loved the pool and sauna facilities, as well as the location.

Cons:

Carpets in the rooms and mould on bathroom grout and silicone. No spoons in the room to make tea or coffee, which was provided in the room. No pans although the cooking stove was also in the room.
