Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y todo organizado como debería de esperarse. Muy fácil ingreso ya que todo es por códigos que envían por mensaje. El desayuno súper genial! Definitivamente fue lo que más me gustó 🙂

Cons:

Lamentablemente quería entrar al sauna pero estaba fuera de servicio. El gym es más básico de lo que esperaba pero tiene algunas pesas.

Pros:

Chambres spacieuses et confortables. La climatisation.
Le petit déjeuner très très complet.

Cons:

L'accueil. Personne à la réception lors de notre arrivée ( 18h ).
Ils fonctionnent avec code sur la porte principale de l'hôtel + boîte à clef, ne parlant que très peu anglais et pas du tout allemand, au standard téléphonique c'était lunaire.
Merci au Mr qui était au bout de la ligne et qui était patient.
C'était vraiment étrange comme accueil.
Sans ce bémol, tout était bien.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, kostenloses parken, perfektes Frühstück. Wir waren jetzt schon 3 mal in diesem Hotel und werden es auch weiterhin buchen.

Cons:

Ich persönlich finde, dass die Zimmer mit 2 Kopfkissen jeweils ausgestattet werden könnten, also 2 pro Person.

Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr umfangreich, Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich,
Personal an der Reception (wenn vorhanden) ebenfalls sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Zimmer zum Teil sehr abgewohnt, Parkmöglichkeiten rund ums Hotel,
Reception schwer erreichbar, zB. Samstag ab 18:00 Uhr

De kamer was prima

Cons:

Er was om 18u geen receptie of personeel aanwezig. Je moet de kamersleutel uit een sleutelkluisje halen welke niet heel eenvoudig was te openen. Dus bepaald geen viersterren ontvangst. Maar zelfbediening om de kamer in te komen.
Het restaurant was gesloten terwijl het volgens de website open zou moeten zijn.
Volgens mij is het failliet.
Bij het ontbijt was ook geen personeel aanwezig op een iemand in de keuken na.

Gutes Hotel für ein Fussballwochenende mit Freunden
Pros:

Frühstück war der Hammer, Weisswürste, Leberkäse, Sekt, Kaffee, Säfte und und und es gab wirklich für jeden etwas.
Zimmer sind sauber und recht gross

Cons:

Lage hätte näher zum "Leben" sein dürfen. Gegend ist recht ruhig ausser eine grössere Strasse. Diese hört man aber im Zimmer nicht.

Einmal und nie wieder.
Pros:

Ein Großes 2-Zimmer-Appartement mit einer riesen Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren soweit sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Cons:

Ameisen im Zimmer. Außen, direkt am Fenster stehen drei riesen Klimaanlagen-Geräte, die Tag und Nacht brummen. Auch nach Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer - man hört die Geräte im ganzen oberen Stockwerk. Die Terassen-Gartenmöbel und Trennwände zu anderen Zimmern total runtergekommen. Naja. Einmal und die wieder. Wir waren enttäuscht. An der Rezeptrion steht was von "4-Sterne-Hotel". Im Eingangsbereich gibt es zwar eine kleine Tischtennisplatte, da waren die Schläger auch schon ziemlich kaputt. Billiard-Tisch auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen somit nicht der Realität.

Nach mehreren Aufenthalte im QU sind wir enttäuscht dass wir jetzt ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen

Spinnweben beim Bett, Kopfpolster sehr unbequem ohne weitere Optionen im Zimmer, Badezimmer so winzig und Dusche sprüht alles nass. Frühstück war vor Jahren besser

Pros:

Preis über booking.com war ca die Hälfte vom angeschriebenen Preis vor Ort. Für dieses Hotel hätte ich auch nur den booking.com-Preis bezahlt, mehr nicht.
