Pros:

Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, die Klimaanlage effektiv, das WLAN gut, das Frühstück teichhaltig, sogar frisch gepresster Orangensaft war vorhanden, das Personal trotz drückender Hitze in den Arbeitsbereichen sehr freundlich, die Lage gut, die Garage viel besser als erwartet. Insgesamt verstehe ich die teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht.

Cons:

Zur Abwertung geführt hat einzig die extreme Hitze in Lobby un Frühstücksraum in dieser extremen Hitzeperiode
. Die Arbeitsbedingungen für das Personal waren extrem schlecht, und natürlich war das auch für die Gäste ein Problem.

Comfortable, convenient place to stay with good access to city centre
Pros:

Nice room, with comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, which was a must as visited during a heatwave. Good shower. Decent breakfast. Very secure parking underground beneath the hotel, with plenty of spaces available. Bus stop very nearby with regular buses into the city centre, which took about 10-15 mins. Nice surroundings, near to botanical gardens, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

A double bed, but 2 single duvets provided - why not a double duvet? Also no fridge in the room.

Optimal für ein paar Tage in Bonn .
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt , sehe freundliches Personal und ungezwungen, hatte ursprünglich das EZ gebucht , und mir wurde das 2bett Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufpreis angeboten , da kurzfristig der Aufzug nicht ging .

Cons:

Ist halt etwas einfach , in die Jahre gekommen , im Treppenhaus war eine pflanze , ziemlich verkümmert , und der Eingang ist nicht gerade einladend .

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und - durch die gut schliessenden Fenster - ruhig.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption ist freundlich.
Das Bad ist klein aber modern mit gut funktionierender Dusche und - Abtrennung.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist eng, holprig und dunkel und überfüllt :
An einem Abend war kein einziger Platz frei.

Der Fernseher in meinem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, weil er,
wie ich später erfuhr, nicht richtig
verkabelt gewesen war. Auf meine Reklamation hin dauerte es tatsächlich vierundzwanzig Stunden,
bis man sich des Problems annahm.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig:
Im Zimmer meiner Tochter befanden sich Krümel auf dem Teppichboden,
ausserdem fand sie ein Salatblatt sowie einen benutzten -und wohl vergessenen - Putzlappen.
Das Widerlichste aber war: Nach meiner Rückkehr vom Frühstück fand ich eine -von einer anderen Person
benutzte - Toilette vor mit deutlichen, ekelhaften Hinterlassenschaften!!

Prima klassiek stadshotel.
Pros:

Het is een klassiek, no-nonsense hotel dat misschien een beetje gedateerd oogt maar waar alles gewoon goed is: vriendelijk onthaal, nette kamers met genoeg ruimte en een goed bed, airco die werkt, We waren ook heel blij met de parking van het hotel en het uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Sehr schön und zentral nur etwas teuer vermutlich wegen Pfingsten
Pros:

Es war okay, an den ersten beiden Tagen ging der Lift nicht danach aber. Frühstück war super und Klima genial man kam in ein gut temperiertes Zimmer

Cons:

Parkhaus war etwas voll dafür das man 20 € zahlte gab es immer wieder Probleme Plätze zu finden
