Pros:

I loved how clean and comfortable this hotel was. I was able to sleep in the blankets without worrying about germs. The location was perfect! I had attended a concert with my daughter and it was right up the street. Only a few steps away, which saved me money on parking. I also enjoyed how close it was to other activities available on hollywood blvd and sunset blvd. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Localização muito boa, perto da calçada da fama. Tem elevador (muito importante se estiver viajando com cadeirantes ou idosos, como eu estava). Tem estacionamento pago, mas não é um valor exorbitante. Funcionários muito gentis. É meio caro para o que oferece, mas, no geral, achei muito bom!

Cons:

Não tem lugar para sentar na recepção e nem serviço de quarto. É um hotel sem muitas mordomias, mas está valendo!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Best Western. During my stay, I slipped and fell in the bathtub, which was extremely concerning and left me injured.

The bathtub/shower area did not feel adequately safe, and there appeared to be insufficient measures in place to prevent a guest from slipping. A hotel bathroom should be a place where guests can reasonably expect basic safety precautions, especially in an area that is routinely exposed to water.

This was not simply an inconvenience—it resulted in an actual fall and injury. I believe the hotel should take this seriously, inspect the bathtub and bathroom for safety issues, and make whatever changes are necessary to prevent another guest from experiencing the same thing.

I am very disappointed with how unsafe the situation was and would expect management to address this matter promptly. I would strongly encourage anyone staying here to be cautious when using the bathtub/shower.
