Pros:

Location! Had tickets to Hollywood Bowl - this is closest hotel - 10 min easy walk!

Cons:

Requested maid service - never happened - had to get fresh towels ourselves from maids.

Nice room, decent breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Too noisy, constant road noise. People having domestic fight outside. Intoxicated people in next room up screaming and crashing around the room from 1am until 7am! Ended up checking out early.

A complete disregard of customer experience by booking.com and the best western hotel in Los Angeles

The front desk, manager and the property manager both verbally assured me due to their inability to locate and verify my booking.com reservation on 8/10/26 two 3 days before my trip that booking.com would refund my charges for thiunverified room due to my being forced to reserve another room for the same night at a neighboring property’
