Ideal location. Value for money. Best staff.
Pros:

The hotel is located conveniently to almost everything. It is well connected with all public transport options. Some of the major attractions, universities and markets are within walking distance. The staff are friendly, pleasant and willing to put in all efforts to make the stay comfortable.

Cons:

Had a hiccup on the first day with cleanliness. But it was sorted soon. The breakfast is decent but offers the same menu more or less everyday. It gets boring for someone staying for 5 days.

Fantastic staff, very lovely and helpful.
Awesome location. Lack of parking is a shame.
Shower and bathrooms were incredible. Toilet paper was not.

Our fridge was broken and spoiled a heap of food.
