I would not hesitate to return and will recomend the hotel to friends intending to visit Melbourne.
Pros:

We enjoyed a very pleasant weekend stay at Flagstaff Gardens Hotel. Although the hotel seems to be being refurbished we were fortunate to be allocated one of the new rooms. The bathroom was well designed, the beds extremely comfortable, the room service excellent and the breakfast offered a delicious selection.

Staff are unmatched and amazing
Pros:

Property is amazing, comfy, and staff are great located next to trains, buses, and trams

Cons:

Property is undergoing renovations and terrible noise from 9am-3pm doesn’t affect much unless you enjoy sleeping during the day and or staying inside hotel room. I wish we were able to secure a gardens room as the opposite site just looks into apartments
