We where upgraded on arrival I'd originally booked a Queen room and upon check-in the Receptionist advised we had been upgraded to a King room Brand new renovated rooms and a large spacious bathroom very luxurious.

Ok well, absolutely everything we had one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was wonderful.
We were only there for two nights but everything was perfect from the staff to the room, a special mention should go to the staff all the staff … reception, dining and housekeeping they were so nice and friendly nothing was a problem they made our short stay wonderful….
Ok so nothing…even though they were doing some renovations and the breakfast was in a temporary dining area it was still very good and again the staff were fantastic.
good location, clean hotel, no frills. we arrived and got early check in around 12 noon. was very happy as our flight was delayed and we were tired travelling from brisbane. i dropped a request to the team via booking.com app and was told that they will try their best to accommodate. voila, it was a good ending.
nothing much to say perhaps the breakfast can be improved. for the price we paid, perhaps the expectation can be lowered.

Sympatyczna i bardzo pomocna obsługa bezproblemowa przechowalnia bagażu przed check-in pani z recepcji była tak miła że zadzwoniła do nas jak byliśmy na mieście że nasz pokój jest już gotowy duża powierzchnia pokoju bardzo wygodne łóżko lodówka i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty w pokoju

This place was amazing!! The staff were exceptional!! We arrived at 1am and from the minute we arrived we felt so taken care of, so welcomed, and didn’t want to leave! Truly one of the best places i’ve stayed in just because of how friendly and awesome the staff were.
We got the newly renovated rooms, they were fabulous ! The pillows were awesome.
The staff even left us a special note and gift for our stay and it truly just made our trip.
I would come back in a heartbeat !!!
Honestly i’m am struggling to find something to give feedback on to improve. The hotel was being renovated during our stay, so i think once those are complete it will be awesome !
Easy to get to, close to Marvel and friendly staff. Let us into our room earlier than expected.Will be back next year for sure.

The lady at the desk has looked after us the last few times we have stayed; she is always cheerful, friendly, and gets us checked in efficiently. The room was clean and had ample space for the 2 of us. The bed is super comfy, and the 4 pillows on the bed were all great too (they have a pillow menu to choose from if the ones on the bed don't suit you), making for a great night's sleep. The shower has good water pressure. For us, the location is perfect, close to Flagstaff train station or tram stops going in any direction close by and, of course, the super short stroll to Queen Vic. Market. Close to everything in the CBD, and we found it quiet at night for a good night's sleep. <3.
Nothing we didn't like really. They were renovating, which is great to keep the property up to date, but I do think this could be stated as a heads-up on booking.com, so you know before booking. Not a major negative, though.

Such a good location, really nice and communicative staff and check in was super easy. Easy walk from a car park and easy to get to in the city,
The only thing issue was the rooms are no sound proof what so ever. You can hear everything from other rooms. We were woken up at 7am with someone constantly knocking or tapping on a wall which continued until we left. I thought it was construction noise but was definitely coming from either the above or next door room.
