Spacious, comfortable and well located.
Pros:

Location is excellent overlooking Flagstaff Gardens and right in the CBD with ample public transport options. Right next to Vic Market. Bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and very clean. Shower pressure very good. Breakfast buffet is pretty decent - nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about. Would definitely stay here again for work.

Great Value for Money
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and it was great value for money (especially as we had buffet breakfast included in our deal). It was great being so close to the Queen Victoria market.

Cons:

It would have been good if the restaurant served dinner on the Friday and Saturday night.

Great location and great hotel
Pros:

Loved everything. Accommodation and location was great.

Cons:

Even tho there is a restaurant attached, the restaurant has hours and wasnt available on the Friday and Saturday nights which was a bummer, but had i had researched a bit more i more then likely figured that out but wouldn't have changed locations anyways!

We would definitely stay again
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious with a lot of great choices and the room had an amazing view and thee is a nice viewing platform from the room of the gardens across the road. The markets are basically next door.

Great for a short stay especially if you are going on tour as this is one of the stopping point for tour buses.

Pros:

Our experience was great at the hotel. We had a wonderful room as we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite as our TV wasn't working in our original room. This was so not necessary to do but the staff were awesome.

Nothing wasn't to like.
