Pros:

It was on the edge of the transport free zone and conveniently located to a lot of attractions.

Great location, could be cleaner.

Great location, nice staff.

Cons:

This is the second time I’ve stayed and both times the room wasn’t very clean. I think the cleaners need to be given more time to detail the rooms. Having said that they are doing a huge upgrade and Reno, I expect the prices will also go up.

Great value in CBD
Pros:

Nice comfortable room, close to Victoria Market and CBD. Good location just opposite Flagstaff Gardens with trams running on street outside. Good value for money in Melbourne.

Staff were lovely and very professional, location is excellent, The room was nice enough for one night.

Cons:

The stay was generally fine for a single night and met basic expectations. The bed was comfortable and the late checkout was appreciated. However, the room would benefit from better ventilation, the windows didn’t open, and it felt small and enclosed, especially overnight when fresh air would have made a big difference. The bathroom offered only tiny wrapped bars of soap, with no handwash or sanitiser provided, which felt disappointing for the price point and the post‑COVID world we live in. Overall, adequate for a short stopover.

They were doing rennovations, so no spa no sauna and no valet parking we had to park at wilson’s parking in A’Beckett street and my husbands car was broken into during this time. I advised the staff and they were understanding so they didn’t charge us for the parking but other than that, that was it. So dissapointing!
