Bonne situation mais chambre pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel

Hôtel confortable et bien situé en plein centre d’Oslo de un je suis déjà allée plusieurs fois. Lits confortables, belle salle de bain et bon accueil. Excellent petit-déjeuner

Cons:

On nous a attribué une chambre sous les toits sans fenêtre avec juste une lucarne, sans vue et chambre petite. J ai voulu changer et c’était 1000 NOK ( 90€ environ ) juste pour changer de chambre, alors que je suis déjà venue plusieurs fois et que nous avions à chaque séjour une belle chambre avec vue sur Karl Johann, la rue principale d’Oslo. Cela a un peu gâché notre séjour ! Est-ce à cause de la réservation via Booking qu’on nous a donné une chambre de seconde classe ?!
