No hot water and broken AC

We had a lovely stay at the Park Hotel. The room was clean, well organized and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel has a great location near many attractions — 5 minutes walk to a large park & zoo, 10 minutes to the Ramblas & Gothic Quarter, Hop On Hop Off tour stop right next door, 15 minutes to the beach, easy access to train stations & metro, restaurants & shopping all around the hotel. The only negative I can think of is that they only provided a coffee maker & coffee in the room. There was no way to make tea other than to go to the restaurant.

Hotel was clean. Room had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. And location was great - short walk to Metro and other locations.

Perfect hotel for its authentic charm to El Born area of Barcelona. Staff super friendly and accommodating; area to hold bags if arrive early. Excellent food options in hotel; personally had one of the best Americano’s to date. Room clean, fresh, and up to date amenities. In heart of El Born, close to public transit and cabs are always sitting in front of hotel at night if need to go somewhere quick.

Great hotel for location, very smart and clean hotel too.

The Park Hotel Barcelona was a wonderful place to stay near the Gothic Quarter. We found the hotel was conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The rooms were beautifully modern and the air conditioning provided a great reprieve from the heat. The hotel bar/restaurant was also wonderful.

They were nice to get the room ready early for me after my long travel day. The room had a mini bar and expresso maker which I really appreciated! I got the standard room and I think it was perfect for a solo traveler. If I were a couple or a family I would definitely opt for a bigger room. All in all happy with that stay.

Good location for the station which puts up the price

Great location, comfy beds and helpful staff. They did have a weird policy about only storing bags for people leaving vs arriving that should be revisited but they were kind and got our room ready long before the 3pm check in. If it had been longer, would have been rough with two kids hanging out in the small lobby. I’d recommend they utilize one of the rooms they are cleaning. Most people are happy to wait until 3 as long as bags are stored and often book arrival excursions that would be difficult to drag luggage along.

Great hotel. El Born is a lovely area and I would definitely return. A couple of minor tired corners but 99% overall, comfy bed, fantastic aircon, nice products, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool area and has a bar.

Very accommodating, we turned up early and they had a room ready for me within thirty minutes.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s a nice, clean and well maintained fasciluty. The location is perfect. I walked to many of the attractions and to the beach too.! Was in room 223 and it was very quiet. The receptionists were helpful. I would stay again at the hotel!
