Novotel Sydney West HQ Hotel

We loved the extra small free items such as 2 free fresh water bottles, 2 bottles of soft drink in our small bar fridge. The room was very clean spacious.

Staffs are so lovely and friendly. Convenient.

Great hotel, very clean, comfy bed nice big room, lots of parking and very convenient to train station and bus also walker able to the shops, nice heat pool, big gym which I didn’t have time to use it, great food too. Great staff very friendly and helpful and thanks for the compliment I had in my room ( soft drinks for the 5 days ) I was staying. I had a great time staying in Novotel Hotel, I highly recommended to everyone.

Very Clean Rooms. Very nice Hotel.

We asked for an early checkin noting that this might not be available. Was told when we got there, on way to funeral nothing available in whole building. Very short time later that room available but would cost $100. At no point had this been mentioned prior to this point. The staff were not helpful and were rude

Staff on reception at check in was extremely rude.

Don’t know where food was available, said everything was closed.

Made it sound like we were the ones wrong when he couldn’t find our second room booking.

Just rude and was on a personal call when the front door sliding doors open and he was shouting at the person on the other side.

Facilities nearby was a bonus, but overall a great hotel

We only required one night in the proximity of cemetery/chapel. Our room was splendid and spacious. The bed, not so comfortable. The pillows,for me, terrible. Usually supplied a firm pillow and a soft pillow. Borh were too firm for me. I ended up folding a couple of towel, but I did not sleep.
Breakfast delivered to room was poached eggs and spinach. I requested no spinach and received a platefull.
The staff were very friendly and the accommodations spotless.

Love the motel for the concert. You do get a little road if your room is on that side but overall it was good

We stayed here due to location next to Coliseum to see a concert. West HQ next door is the only food option (if room service not suitable) which isn’t open for breakfast. Also small TV for a big corner room with a very difficult slow way to choose movies or regular stations was very frustrating. Having a room with a bath/spa would’ve been nice too for the price per night. Said there was a swimming pool but not onsite. It is part of the facility next door which isn’t convenient.

We had to change rooms in the middle of the night with a plumbing issue new room was freezing and nothing from anyone reception staff the next day or management days after.
Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were nice
