Cons:

Apesar de ter pago antecipadamente o valor das diárias pelo Booking, o hotel, sem minha autorização, cobrou novamente, e em dobro, no meu cartão de crédito, o mesmo valor já havia pago. Paguei três vezes o valor de 339,53CHF, uma vez para o Boking.com e duas vezes para o hotel Pullman Basel. Ambas as empresas se recusam a reembolsar sob o falso argumento de que não conseguiram confirmar o pagamento em triplicidade. Um verdadeiro roubo!
