Must be 5 star hotel
Pros:

This hotel gives 5 star service. No doubt about it. Staff was amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, f&b all are so professional, helpfull. Big thank you to all. Although we came early they let us to check in. Rooms are very clean and new. Everyday we had fresh water and coffee to our room during our stay. Brakfast was also full of choices even prosecco we had. Tram station and supermarket just next to hotel big bonus.

Cons:

You cant control air condition, no shoe shiners at room.

Very elegant hotel, relaxing, comfortable beds
Pros:

Very elegant, luxurious hotel. The price is on the higher side, but it was worth a great weekend trip. The hotel added value to the overall amazing Basel experience. It was very clean and the beds and pillows extra comfortable, so I had a very good sleep. Overall it was a very relaxing experience. The coffee and water offered for free was also good and the room had a small fridge. The transportation from the airport and in the city was free using the card from the hotel and they also gave me a Basel card with discount for museums. I would definitely revisit.

Cons:

Only minor things. The view could have been a little better, I could mostly see the building in front of the hotel and a bit further away in the distance. The windows were big which I liked and sun was coming through, but it had automatic shading which blocked the view, I didn't figure out how to open the blinds or the ceiling lights myself, but it was not a big issue. During the day you could hear the tram and street noise, because my room was located towards the visited street side. It didn't bother me unless I wanted to sleep during the day, at night it was very quiet. Other than that nothing, it was perfect. :)

Bien passé mais il faut compter que c’est beaucoup plus Cher qu’on pense

La chambre plutôt petit avec un petit lit ..
pas du tout ce qu’il y avait sur la photo ..

Cons:

Que J’ai du payer encore 54 € en plus les 225 € déjà Paye….
C’était marqué que l’établissement pouvait demander un supplément,
mais 54 € en plus pour une chambre inferieur..
