Sehr schönes Hotel für Messebesuch und Tour durch die Altstadt
Pros:

Ich war zu einem Kongress in der Messe Basel - das Hotel ist ideal für einen Messebesuch gelgen - und in die historische Altstadt sind maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht - dieses war sehr sauber, ruhig (da Richtung Innenhof) und gut ausgestattet. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Baselcard, mit der man alle Öffentl. Verkehrsmittel verwenden kann, ist prima und in die "Kurtaxe" inkludiert

Cons:

Gewöhnen muss man sich an die generell sportliche Preisgestaltung in Basel - auch das Hotel war relativ teuer pro Nacht - allerdings in einem ähnlichen Preisbereich, wie die umliegenden Hotels

Great location walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go & the free 24 hour tram pass was very handy too
Pros:

Fraser at the front desk was so friendly & obliging right from the word go. A true professional who knows what good customer service is ! He gave us all the pertinent information we needed to see Basel & free tram services to the Basel train station etc. Breakfast was very good too in keeping with Accor hotels.

Cons:

The climate control in our King room was not cool enough on a sunny warm. 22 deg day ! We kept the window open at night but it got noisy from passerby’s & trams.

Pros:

Goede locatie en een goed restaurant.

Cons:

Temperatuur in hal en op de kamers erg warm.
