⭐ Sehr unfreundliches und unprofessionelles Personal!

Leider war unsere Erfahrung mit dem Personal an der Rezeption äußerst unangenehm. Wir wurden sehr unfreundlich behandelt und hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, als Gäste willkommen zu sein.

Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch die Situation danach: Als wir uns bereits am Fahrstuhl befanden, konnten wir beobachten, wie sich die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption offensichtlich über uns unterhielten und dabei sogar mit dem Finger in unsere Richtung zeigten. Dieses Verhalten empfanden wir als äußerst respektlos, unangenehm und unprofessionell.

Gerade in einem Hotel sollte ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen selbstverständlich sein. Ein solches Verhalten ist für uns absolut inakzeptabel und hinterlässt einen sehr negativen Eindruck.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es hat einige Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind okey, das Bett ist jedoch eine Katastrophe, Stein hart und die Kissen sehr ungemütlich. Für den Preis finde ich es nicht gerechtfertigt.
