あえていうなら中央駅からのアクセスが不便でした。
チェックイン時の対応はあまり感じ良くなかったです。特に女性の方の1人。

Huone oli mukavan iso ja siisti, ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Sänky oli tosi mukava. Aamupala oli erinomainen. Keskeinen sijainti, raitiovaunupysäkki ihan hotellin vieressä. Basel-card oli hyvä lisä, koska siihen kuului myös julkisen liikenteen käyttö.

La chambre était spacieuse et très calme. Le lit était très confortable et les oreillers moelleux. L'amabilité du personnel (accueil, petit-déjeuner) est à souligner. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très fourni et très bonne qualité.
Les transports en commun au pied de l'hôtel permettant de rejoindre le centre historique et la gare très facilement.
La climatisation était appréciable en cette période caniculaire.

The rooms were better than described with beautiful designer coffee cups and delonghi coffee machine, bathrobes, and comfy slippers. The breakfast was copius and a great variety of local specialties, and even offered proseco. The staff was very efficient and capable. They offer helpful info and listen carefully to requests. The hotel was located very close to the tram, train station, old town, and museums. This hotel seemed very well managed. It was duch a pleasure to stay there.
