It was just ok nothing to brag about.
Pros:

The Room was Clean. The water in the tub didn’t go down , so I was showering in my own dirty water from my body

Cons:

The Elevator took forever to come and only 6 people can go in at one time and there were 3 weddings going on . We need updated elevators

I did not like the mannerisms of the person checking us in. Don't judge a book by their color,attire or in general.If a person can pay, be respectful and all;mine your business and complete your job .

Cons:

Hotel rundown and rather dirty and tired looking. Upholstered chairs stained and dirty. Floors needed cleaning and polishing. Definitely not what I expected from a Hyat property.

VERY disappointed in the bed! It was uneven and extremely uncomfortable! For so much money per night I would’ve expected better accommodations.

Pros:

Very clean rooms,

Cons:

Elevator were not working well 2 of 3 in guest area very slow the 1 never worked. No bell carts sunday morning had to make 5 trips to clean out my luggage. Very noisy lobby.
